Everyone who helped me was great. They were nice, informative, answered all my questions, not pushy at all. Just helpful. It was probably the best car buying experience in my many years of buying cars. The whole buying and financing process was smooth and easy.
Art & Dan took good care of me and my car. They had my paperwork started before I arrived and answered my texts within a few minutes. The car was ready early on a Friday, and was a great start to my weekend.
There was a mix up in scheduling so they were not expecting me when I arrived for a service appointment. They took ownership of the issue and made it so I (the customer) wasn't inconvenienced by it. It's easy to do a good job when everything goes right, but everything didn't go right, and they did a good job anyway.

Everybody at AutoNation Toyota Irvine were very helpful. I have bought many cars but this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Everything went smoothly working with Abe Zraiqi through out the whole buying experience and deal. He also emailed me to make sure I was happy with my new car.
We purchased a new RAV4 and AutoNation did not treat us as a potential buyer but instead like we were a friend of the family. Everyone we dealt with during the process were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. This was the easiest car purchase we've ever done!
Andy was my sales associate, and he was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to make sure my needs and concerns were met. This was my first time buying/leasing a car and I cannot thank Andy enough for making the process smooth, efficient, and effortless. At no point did I feel pressure from Andy on closing the sale, which is something I value highly. He focused more on customer service, which goes a long way. When I had concerns about the final price he did everything he could to bring it down where I felt comfortable paying. I would HIGHlY recommend this place to a family/friend, and definitely go see Andy Vuong!
Everyone was truly helpful and pleasant. Walter was my salesman and he was wonderful. I never felt pressured to buy. I felt as though he truly wanted me to find a SUV I loved. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once I bought the XC90, Walter, took around 30-45 mins to walk me through all of the SUVs features. My last car wasn’t as technologically advanced, and Walter made sure I left the lot knowing how my car worked. Also, Wally, was so nice to finance the car with. He made the whole process a breeze. The GM had reserved a car for himself, and when he found out the dealership was out of the interior I wanted, he gave up his car for me. I highly recommend this dealership and Walter specifically.
They were so friendly and helpful. They were more concerned about helping me get a car rather than just trying to get a sale. They make sure you are completely satisfied before they let you drive away.
I purchased a used vehicle via the internet. I flew out to California to finalize the paperwork. The team did a great job on resolving an issue that occurred during the finalization of the sale. I highly recommend this team.
