I had to have my vehicle towed in and I was expecting the worse. It was fixed in one day and the cost was reasonable.

Driving this vehicle makes me feel safe, in control and above all is very comfortable for the long trips. The Q will make any bad weather driving effortless. Passenger in the back seat feel like they are in a limo with reclining heated seats they are. Every drive is a fun drive regardless if it is for work, towing the boat or snowmobile or visiting mu daughter 500km away
My family and I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Quest from Audi of Lexington. We were very impressed by the high quality of customer service. Our salesperson, McCall Davis, was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure that our experience was as smooth and positive as possible. Everyone we encountered was good-natured and treated me, and my family, very well. They even have a play-area for children, a most welcome amenity for us since we were car shopping with our family in tow. All in all, we drove off the lot feeling appreciated and most of all happy with our new vehicle.

I had never owned or driven a European car until we just got this Audi Q7; these Geman cars are phenomenally well-designed and powerful. Some of the controls are so sophisticated that I’m still trying to figure out what some switches do. I recently drove a Chevy (temporarily) and it was a huge let-down to go from an Audi to a Chevy. I would love to buy American vehicles (and used to do so) but I was so sick of shoddy American quality and poor designs. I love Audi. (I hope Detroit can raise their anemic standards.)
What a wonderful experience! Everyone at the dealership was knowledgeable, professional and kind. There was no haggling over trade in price or the price of the new car. They were very honest about all aspects of the purchase as well as the trade in. Easiest car purchase I have ever made! I would gladly purchase another car from them in the future!

Owned this car for almost 3 years. Had the same light go off multiple times which was a safety indicator (they would say they fixed it and it wasnt) new tires were $2,500 which is just lovely, then had 2 critical engine systems fail within days of each other. THEN, a month after the 2 check engine lights/fails, the A/C completely tanked out in the dead of the August heat. Was in the shop for 2 weeks as they had trouble locating the leak. Don't waste your money! It may be a sexy car, but it will constantly be in the shop.
After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.

This car has everything I wanted in the vehicle and meets all of my requirements. It has plenty of leg room in the front and back, as well as having plenty of space for cargo.
We were so happy after the first time dealing with Don Franklin and our salesman Darryl Bond it was an easy decision where to go 2 more times! We got great deals with no stress or pressure, Darryl Bond worked hard and found us exactly what we wanted and got us a really good deal. Already been stranded twice

I have owned this car for just under a year. In that time, it shut down while driving and would not restart on TWO separate occasions. After being towed to the dealership, the vehicle started and they were not able to determine the cause. Audi will not consider a ’buy back’ since the dealership could not duplicate the problem. I am left wondering when and where I will be stranded again. Hopefully it’s in a safe place.
