Painless car shopping

I live an hour north of Philly and bought the car in Tysons Corner! I was reviewing car ads on a Friday night when I saw the car I had been shopping for. It had just been posted to the website and only had stock photos published. I reached out to check availability of the car, and Ben Hailstrom the Sales Manager was online! We went back and forth a few times to get all info on a deal, and I ended up putting a $1000 deposit on the car— sight unseen! On my 3 hour drive on Monday morning, I was dreading going to the dealership because I was sure they would find a reason to charge me an additional $1000 for something — my trade, some other add on, etc. (they had my $1000 and I had driven 3 hours — you think I’m going home without a car?) So, I was preparing all the reasons why I shouldn’t pay more. When I got there— no surprises, no “I have to ask the manager” delays. It was delightful! I’ve probably bought 15 cars in my lifetime and this is the best experience I’ve had. Ben was honest, straightforward and they delivered exactly what they promised! When was the last time you heard that about a car dealer? I would highly recommend Safford!
