Once at the dealership there was a quick & accurate assessment of my trade. Casey then helped me through the paperwork & David the Finance Guru did his thing. The entire process, with the test drive, took less than 3 hours. The entire process was definitely worth the drive up to Morgantown, WV.

Great bunch of kids - well, to me they are young. However - GA lost my title, then Nashville lost it so I still don't have a permanent car tag. That's been a harassment but I don't think it's on Car Max. I think some state workers are using COVID as an excuse to slack off.

It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.

The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving

Access to the dealership from the interstate was easy.Access to the interstate from the dealership was extremely easy. The dealership was very clean,well arranged with comfortable seating in the waiting area.The rest room was immaculate. Snacks,soft drinks,coffee and a restaurant were provided. I was received by an expedited who turned me over to Darryl, who I have known for 30 years. Darryl took care of the execution of the service which was warranty work. WIthin one hour the parts were ordered and Darryl indicated the warranty work would be performed in approximately 3weeks. How better can it be?

Not only did Oleg, the salesperson I worked with, save me $800 by finding a way for me to not pay tax on the car I bought, he also suggested a Vermont program that would help me pay for it because it was a hybrid. Even just the car itself was amazing. I took it to the auto shop I go to and they said it was in amazing condition for a used car and that they saw no issues with it even though it was an older vehicle. Highly recommend them, only took ten minutes to fill out the paperwork because they were prepared for us to come back the day after my test drive.

My 2022 E-450 had some intermittent issues, so I called to Calabasas MBZ Dealer. By luck I found out that service advisor Zeev (whom I knew from another MBZ dealer many many years ago) will take care of my needs.
