We had been looking for a used 2018 Audi Q5 for some time and had run into too many poorly run dealerships that simply did not listen to what we wanted in our area. Once we expanded our search, we found Marcos Morales at Walter's Audi in Riverside who went SO FAR BEYOND what any salesperson has done in the past. He was AMAZING start to finish and truly understands that this is a SERVICE oriented business and you have to LISTEN to what the customer wants, not TELL them. He did a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered EVERY question we had in a quick and courteous fashion. He was professional and LISTENED (note to other dealerships we did NOT buy from: YOU listen to US, not the other way around!) to our needs, and we drove over 350 miles to get this car, bypassing a lot of dealerships along the way! Just a great experience buying a car from Walter's Audi and Marcos Morales.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I bought my 2017 A3 from another local dealer, and found their service department to be a little frustrating to contend with, so I brought the car to Audi of Ontario. Right from the start, I found this dealership very easy to work with. Erik Garcia is my service advisor, and he is probably the best advisor I've had across several brands. He listens to what I tell him, he relates to the issue and how it impacts his customer, and he makes sure to follow up in a very timely manner. I have a solid understanding of the mechanics of a car, and Erik understood that he had to relate to me differently than some other customers. He has conversations with me that are not so elementary that they don't tell me anything, and not so advanced for me to not understand. He put the effort in to pay attention to my level of knowledge so that it didn't become frustrating to me. Shortly after one visit, I received an email that the dealership was interested in buying my car. I was surprised as it was a lease, and I was only 14 months in. I met with Raymundo Lopez who was absolutely terrific to work with. He explained the process he wanted to follow to me, which put me at great ease. I generally do not like the schmoozy sales experience, but there was none of that. He was up front, honest, and timely. I took this opportunity to upgrade, and Raymundo was extremely patient as I looked at many different situations that would work for me. We looked at everything from another A3 to an A5, to a TT. In the end, I walked away with a fully decked out A4 Quattro that I absolutely LOVE!!! It cost a little more than I planned, but I'm good with it. And when you think about it, isn't that the true sales success story? Customer is happy and gets something they love, the dealer sold something of higher value. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Erik and with Raymundo. The terrific experience in the service department lead to a really great (and unexpected) sales experience. I would highly recommend Erik Garcia for all of your service needs, and Raymundo Lopez for all of your sales needs!! A quick follow-up.....I have personalized plates, and had to go through the arduous DMV process of waiting for the new registration to get processed, then transfer the vanity plates over. The DMV has a new process regarding this, requiring permission from the leasing company to do this. I called Raymundo, and he started making calls to find out what to do. This happened several weeks after the sale, which further exemplified his professionalism. He did not push me off because the sales was done, he went all out. THAT is the great experience you can expect from Raymundo!! I will add that the billing guy was the only shortcoming through all of this. Not "bad" per se, just not great. His personality was lackluster, and when he tried to push the extra warranty on me, and I refused, he tried an angle I did NOT like at all.....he used the line "well, if you think you want to take a risk like that, it's your choice". I don't do passive-aggressive, and was not happy about that AT ALL. But.....in the end, I have a great car that I love, and overall, a terrific experience that I tell everyone I can about. It is my feeling that since he is responsible for processing all of the paperwork, including the registration, he should have known about this vanity plate requirement, and explained it to me. That way, I wouldn't have had the added stress of finding out about it, and dealing with it while at the DMV. That, I believe, is a major fail on his part. I would recommend both of these gentlemen to care for your Audi needs. They are the best, and I will definitely be back :)

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Definitely! Back track about eight years and you'd find me purchasing a new car at a dealership. The salesmen were hungry, it took nearly seven hours, and the dealership delivered a car with scratches and a dent! In May of 2018 I tried again. My experience at Audi Ontario was phenomenal! I took care of most everything via text and a few phone calls. My car was sharp and waiting for me. I even got to test drive the car far further than anyone else permitted. Get this, I even enjoyed chatting with that guy that tries to sell you incidentals and ridiculous insurance. Here's the take away???Mike Abujaber was leading the process. My first time buying an Audi. And it was the best Dealer experience my family and I had ever experienced! First off, our salesperson Joshua Rambow was great, 5 stars or more if possible! He was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful during our visit at Walters Audi in Riverside. I spent about two weeks working with him on getting the best price possible on my 2018 A5 Sportback. He was able to beat the ???best price??? of all Audi Dealers from the surrounding areas. He was very patient with me during the negotiating process. He was up front with the ???Out the door price??? and did not hesitate to make sure he got our business. He definitely earned our business and will not hesitate to purchase from him again on our next Audi purchase. Special thanks to his partner Isaac Ordinola who also assisted us when Joshua was off work or busy with another customer. Isaac???s ???She???s here??? video/email when the car arrived at their lot was great! Cool to see the car was still wrapped and covered, new and looking gorgeous. =) Special thanks also to Andy Bartoli who made the "signing" of the papers fast and stress free. Having owned a 2011 Audi Q7 in the past, I expected a great riding solid SUV in the re-designed Audi Q7. The interior is definitely very nice and luxurious. Controls are easy to use and the quality of materials appears to be very high. The seats are the most comfortable I've ever sat in. They sometimes don't hold you in place when taking a corner on the faster side, but they are definitely comfortable seats to sit in. Interior space is good, however I was expecting a larger trunk space in the re-designed Q7 given that a common complaint about the previous gen was the trunk space, but it is good enough for Costco trips and trips around town. The ride is smooth and quiet. Power is more than adequate. As far as the quality, my car was in the service department for about a month and a half total in the first year. First issue that caused it to be in the shop for over a week was that the paint had sap etching all over the hood and top of the car. This was the dealers fault for parking it under trees, so not an Audi specific thing. When I bought the car, the shift lever leather was scratched, so that had to be replaced. The rear bumper was out of alignment by 1-2 mm on the left side, but it seems to be an issue with a lot of the Q7's. Homelink worked for a week, then would need to be re-programmed so the entire unit had to be replaced. It was replaced and working, but it doesn't work like the original one did. Instead of being able to program it by holding your remote pointed towards the rearview mirror, I now have to go to the rear of the vehicle and get it close to the HomeLink transmitter. Not a big deal because you only do it once or twice, but it sucks that it doesn't work the way it did before the repair. The driver seat started making a clicking sound about a week after taking delivery and it never went away. I bought it up to the service dept, the service manager heard the noise for 5 minutes straight, and they ended up saying they couldn't do anything about it because it might just be a characteristic of the seat. A year later I brought it back and they finally sent it up to Audi Corporate and they replaced the entire seat frame. The clicking seems to have gone away, but they did a horrible job of putting the seat back together. Multiple items needed to be fixed included the plastic seat cover on the rear of the seat, the plastic trim on the left side of the seat, the leather had to be re-installed correctly around the headrest, plastic clips had to be re-installed correctly around the base of the headrest, and now when driving around corners I can feel the leather slipping from side to side slightly like it wasn't attached quite right to whatever it's supposed to be to keep it in place. The driver seat trim around the seat controls had to be replaced because it would squeak every time I got out of the car. The panoramic roof had to be fixed due to rattling. Headliner had to be removed twice due to rattling and in the process the headliner was scuffed up in multiple places. The car would pull to the right after only 3k miles. The tires were apparently to blame so those had to be replaced. The passenger front window rattles occasionally. The service department has taken care of most of the issues and the car itself is great to drive. So overall I'd recommend the vehicle, but with a warning that you may have some headaches getting some minor issues fixed.
