I have been servicing my Audis (2005 A6,2015 Q5) since 2006. My experience with their service and John Hansen is another reason why I bought a 2018 Q5 this past month. Over the years he has gained my trust because he is truthful, ethical and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the treatment you expect when buying a fine automobile. I have never had to make a return trip for any service. It has always been done the right way the first time in. Knowing we were leaving for a long trip and my concern over a cooling system/ turbo recall, he went out of his way when he saw me in the dealership to come over and reassure me that it was safe to make the trip. That reassurance meant a lot!

Salesperson Meghan was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Amazingly there was no hard sell. We selected the veh. we wanted and Meghan told us that this would be the worst the veh. would appear. We picked up our A-6 on 1/30 and we're quite surprised to see new tires,brake job,mats and oil change on the veh. Are you kidding me!! We would have bought the veh. as is. Was I ever surprised. Did I mention the wax job!! I know these cars aren't cheap. But what a great car and great service. If you want to buy a luxury veh. go see Meghan @ North Bay and you not be disappointed//////////////
Audi Brand Specialist Joshua Patterson is the consummate gentleman-salesman. Now granted, yes: a salesman wants to sell you a car - so you would safely assume they'll be polite, solicitous, "whatever it takes." But within two minutes of meeting him I explained, plainly, that "I'm not buying today; this is the beginning of my research and 'hunt.'" /// He didn't bat an eye, didn't pressure. /// Instead, he spent close to a full hour with me, answering every question (including the "lame" ones), and proceeded to walk me out into pouring rain, holding an umbrella over me, so I could sit in one of the vehicles and comb over it. (This, while he stood outside under his own umbrella while I examined the interior.) /// (Personal note: Joshua, I'm sorry if I talked your ear off. Thank you for your patience.) /// All that said, it's that style of consideration and approach to actually conversing with and hearing the concerns a potential customer that gets a customer like me back into the showroom. And, if I settle on an Audi and we can come to agreement on price and other terms, you can be sure I'll give my business to Mr. Patterson.
I did my homework, looked at lots of options (Volvo XC60, Mercedes GLC300, etc.) and decided that the Audi Q5 was the way to go. Feature to price ratio falls in the middle between the Volvo and Mercedes, but the Audi made my heart flutter more than the other two. So I did my homework and studied packages and features to figure out what I really wanted this vehicle to have. Then I went through Costco and Sams Club pricing to see what kind of deal I could get. Costco referred me to another Audi dealer that I won't name--let's just say they are SOUTH of Atlanta. I drove all the way down from Forsyth County because they promised to same me money and offer some great services, but their deal was less than stellar. They knew my budget, did not offer much of a discount even with the Costco affiliation, and wanted to tack on extras such as $200 for nitrogen in the tires! I kind of ended up back at the drawing board and tried the Sams Club angle instead. They were looser in the dealer referral process than Costco, so through a couple of initial contacts, I ended up working with Ryan Asmer at Audi of Atlanta. Not only did he give me the Sams Club discount, he ended up knocking twice that again off the list price of a better vehicle. So I got a Q5 Prestige at a price lower than a Premium Plus at the other dealership! Everyone I dealt with at Audi of Atlanta was helpful and nice, and made the buying process as smooth and efficient as possible. I look forward to dealing with their Service department and a long relationship.
I brought my recently acquired 2013 Audi A8L for vibrations in the exhaust issues. Working with Steve Baldwin (Service Advisor) and Bob (Service Manager) they contacted the regional Audi representative who authorized a "courtesy" replacement of the exhaust pipes even though my Audi was out of warranty.
This would have been a very expensive repair, but Steve, Bob and the regional Audi rep made it happen!!! I want to thank everyone involved and Audi USA and Audi Nashville has a new and very grateful customer.

I went in initially because my 10-year-old A4 (which I loved!) needed some repairs. Unfortunately, it didn’t make sense $-wise, so I decided to get the Q3 instead! Love it! Matthew was a great help, and fun to test ride with as he’s a former race car driver! Also, Billy in service is a rock star too!
I called ultimo motorsports to inquire about a Land Rover Range Rover Sport that i saw on their website. My wife and I made an appt to check out the truck and i fell in love with it. Dropped off the car for the air bag recall just after 7:30, got a ride to work from super-friendly Bill in a new Q5. At 10, received a text with a link to a video and report from the tech, explaining what they???d done so far. Nice touch! Got a call that the service was complete at 12:45. Bill picked me up at 1:15 and I was driving away with a newly washed car by 1:45! Quick and efficient.

My car buying experience was outstanding because of the incredible customer service of Todd Smith (Audi Swanee Mission Salesman) Todd was engaging from the moment he answered my sales call. He wanted to understand my requests and how he could facilitate my desire.
I was a very demanding customer and with 2 weeks of negotiating without a commitment it didn't deter Todd; he continued being just as committed to serving my needs. Unfortunately, when I was ready to make a decision to buy, Todd suffered an unexpected
emergency but during a critical moment in his life he gave thought to me by passing my case to his Sales Manager (Taz Good) who continued with the same, non-pressure and outstanding customer service. I agreed to buy the vehicle and Taz found me a better interest rate than my 20 year credit union.
Well, the buying experience was done but I needed the expensive Audi A8L that I purchased 'sight unseen' to be shipped. Todd and Taz made the connection that ensured my vehicle was shipped in a timely manner and it was.

A job very well done. This was an unusual situation - where my steering rack was damaged 16 months before the self-diagnostics threw an alert. My Audi service advisor, Brandon Anderson, worked closely with the insurance adjuster to install a used rack from another vehicle. The insurance company handled their part very well. Brandon kept me informed (almost daily) and provided a loaner vehicle for a week, no charge. No worries, no cost; it doesn’t get any better than this! Brandon’s mild manner and very professional performance really impressed me - truly an exceptional experience!
Very easy, positive purchasing experience on a pre-owned 2014 S6. I???d been keeping my eye out for used S6/S7???s for some time, and this one popped up on car gurus. Clicked the ePice button on Audi Beaverton???s website, and got a quick response from Craig Fleishman who provided me with an ePrice that was lower than that listed on the site and answered my numerous questions. The ad said ???flawless interior??? and it wasn???t an exaggeration! Craig took me and my family on a thorough test drive, and treated all three of us with respect. He immediately recognized that I was familiar with the Audi lineup and knew what I was looking for, and answered questions rather than trying to ???sell??? or ???push??? anything. Further price negotiation was very cordial. I didn???t get a ???screaming good deal??? on it but I definitely feel like I paid a reasonable and fair price for a hard-to-find used car. We came back about 5 hours later to pick up the car we went and enjoyed Portland while they detailed it) and aside from the odometer and a few minor paint chips, you???d think it was brand new. Sigve from Finance went through all the paperwork with me, he worked quickly but didn???t rush me through reading what I was signing. Both Craig and Sigve were professional yet down to earth. It was worth the trip from Bend to get a hard-to-find used car in fantastic condition, I???d definitely do business with Audi Beaverton again.
