I bought this SUV for my wife and I drive a 2019 SL 450. I keep trying to get her to trade with me, but she won't. The Q8 is truly a gem. I've never driven any car as smooth and as effortless as this one. It goes from an around town vehicle to a rocket ship with no effort.
The technology is really nice, a bite wonky to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, wow. Anything you could want, including Wifi with a subscription. I bought the YearOne package, I think they call it. It has exterior and interior features you don't get on the standard model. The wheels are beautiful, the tires are huge, the exterior design is eye catching. Subtle lines and enough design to make it very classy without turning it into the design mess Lexus has created on their SUV's (sorry Lexus, but OMG).
Rear seat leg room can accommodate any height person. Rear seats recline and are heated and cooled. Payload is more than I need, easy to access, load and unload.
There is a very large glass roof that opens most of the way. Windows are tinted almost all the way around. We opted not to have front passenger and driver windows tinted.
Truly the smoothest SUV I've ever owned. Powerful, effortless, seems to float over the road. It hardly feels like you're touching the ground.
Now if I can just get my wife to let me drive once in awhile.

Not sure why I can't change my previous review directly, but I will update wit a new one. I was contacted by the Service Director and we re-scheduled my service for today. Everything was flawless, was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of my service advisor, Justin Holt. Very comfortable ! Nice ! One of the best cars on the market. High tech, smooth. I would recommend to every one in the market for a car!!
First off, let me just start by saying that this facility is state of the art. They really care about their customers here, from the service, to the amenities. We had the opportunity to work with Deanna in leasing a car. I went in to get some work done on my truck and had a few hours to kill so I thought I would look at a new SUV for my wife. I met Deanna who took the time to figure out my needs while being well aware that I was not going to buy that day. Deanna was helpful in explaining how a lease worked as I had never had one myself. She also found us a deal on a 2018 GMC Terrain which was actually a better deal than the 2017 they still had sitting on the lot. She even made sure that I upgraded my existing Costco membership so we could get Costco employee pricing ($550 off a lease) AND a $700 Costco gift card! A few weeks later after selling my wife's car privately, I called Deanna to setup a time to meet with her so my wife could see and drive the 2018 Terrain. Needless to say, she fell in love with it. Deanna was able to locate the 2018 Terrain with the features we wanted. We were able to pick the car up the next day and had everything ready when we got to the dealer so we didn't have to wait for 4+ hours. We were at Marquardt for about 2 hours total for pickup which was a lot less time than we spent at the last dealer just to look at a car... Overall, we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience at Marquardt. I wish all dealers could offer this 5 star service! They really take care of their customers and we are looking forward to being a life long customer. Thanks again Deanna!

Only had the car 24 hours, certainly no regrets so far. Looking forward to becoming familiar with it and enjoying it, think I will. It'S great looking and rides very well.
I was searching nationwide for a particular S4 with very specific features. From the start Hernan Diaz-Egg was very receptive to helping me find what I wanted. He answered all of my questions even though I wasn't able to see the car in person until I flew up to the dealership. He worked with me to make the purchasing process as quick and efficient as possible. Jacob walked me through all of the features to make sure I understood everything about the new car. I flew up that afternoon and was driving away by sunset. Great facilities and overall experience. I can confidently recomment Autohaus Lancaster.
My experience here was unlike any other I have experienced at a dealership. Ryan and the concierge staff were very hospitable and energetic! I was shown the vehicle I wanted to see (A 2017 A4) and was certainly sold on the product. I was also offered water and coffee right as I arrived which was appreciated. Now for the next step.... Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism following my inquiry on a listed car. Though ultimately, it didn't match my needs, they worked with me in my search and were very responsive to additional questions/requests.
We almost bought a used Maserati at another dealer, but didn't primarily due to the trade value of our car. We saw another car very similar on line at Hoffman and drove almost 2 hours to see it. We dealt with Edward who was extremely professional and courteous. I had my facts at hand and said I'm very interested if we can make a deal happen. It was a very short and direct process.
He came back with an offer that exceeded anything else we found. We both said that let's not waste time and avoid the typical used car negotiations. He did it. We picked up,the car today and every items I requested to be done was DONE?
A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND EVERY DETAIL WAS DONE TO PERFECTION. When I ready for another car, this is the first place I'm going.

I was so LUCKY to be met by Danny Feagans when I stepped in the the Durham, NC Lexus dealership! We are self-employed professionals and don???t often have the time to ???car shop.??? When I stepped into the beautiful showroom, I was greeted by Danny, who asked what I was looking for. Wiithin 3o minutes, I was taking the exact car that I had requested to my home to show my husband (who the car was for) prior to purchase! Who does that??? We were pleased to be able to inspect the vehicle and drive it at our leisure. We returned the following day and purchased the same model SUV, but in a different color! After the purchase, a representative came to our home (1.5 hrs away) and picked up the vehicle to get a few ???husband add ons??? installed. On a side note, my LEXUS SUV is 10 years old and I am still in LOVE with it! 200K miles and it still runs like new! #LEXUSLoyalty

A job very well done. This was an unusual situation - where my steering rack was damaged 16 months before the self-diagnostics threw an alert. My Audi service advisor, Brandon Anderson, worked closely with the insurance adjuster to install a used rack from another vehicle. The insurance company handled their part very well. Brandon kept me informed (almost daily) and provided a loaner vehicle for a week, no charge. No worries, no cost; it doesn’t get any better than this! Brandon’s mild manner and very professional performance really impressed me - truly an exceptional experience!

In my case, Ed Costie and Jeff Hummel could not have been more professional on the sales side--a satisfying experience all around. For me, however, it's the service experience that's even more important. After all, you interact with the service department multiple times during your car ownership. The service team at Glenwood Audi is professional in every way, meaning easy to work with, well organized, nice, efficient, and fast. I hope to make as few visits to the service department as possible (and I assume that will be the case, knowing the quality built into every Audi, but when I do need service, I know it will be excellent.
