The car I purchased was 2016 Z06/7; I had been shopping for several months to find the right value/ price. When I saw the car on EBay I immediately knew the price was right but my conscience wouldn't allow me to spend that kind of $ without seeing the car in person first. We took a drive from Wisconsin, the car looked as good as described and their inventory of high end automobiles was top notch. The sales person I dealt with (Eric) was a true car guy not a car salesman, there is a difference. Before agreeing on a price Eric introduced me to the owner (Parin) and gave me and my wife a tour of their inventory. In performance terms some of their stuff is really "over the top". Overall I feel I received a better than fair price & had great experience working with knowledgeable people.
It's not often that people have good things to say about car dealers, but I just had a terrific experience at Audi Morton Grove. I had 5 months remaining on my current A6 lease, but wanted to know about getting a new car before the lease expired. The dealer I got the car from told me I needed to wait a few months, and get closer to the lease's end. On a whim, I did an internet search for car leases and got an almost immediate call back from Chris Popa. I told him the details of the vehicle I was interested in, and he called me back a few hours later to say he had a car that fit my description, at the same lease price I am currently paying! A new car for the same money - what's not to like? I met Chris and his brand specialist, Jay Patel, the following day. They showed me the car and walked me through the paperwork. Easy and painless. These two young men (ages 24 and 20!) were aggressive in making the deal happen, but not pushy or full of themselves. Just anxious to help - and they did. I don't ordinarily write reviews about purchases or business dealings, but this experience was noteworthy. I would recommend these two gentlemen without reservation. I'd love to do business with them again when my lease expires in 3 years, but I'm guessing they may have moved from sales to ownership by then. Their enthusiasm and "we'll make it happen on your terms" approach was most welcome, and greatly appreciated!
On the journey to find a pre-owned vehicle for my family I came into contact with Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi. Our local Audi dealership couldn't find the Q5 I wanted, so my son contacted a friend at Audi in Marietta (who he worked with at Jim Ellis VW Marietta several years ago). Shaun Camay called us back in a matter of hours - he had located the exact car I wanted! We worked out the financial details for trading in my Audi and financing the new one in a couple more hours and we were all set! My son and I drove to Marietta (we live in FL) over the Labor Day weekend and the car and Shaun were waiting for us. Besides being happy to see my son, the staff were wonderful to me and treated my like their mom, as well. The paperwork went quickly, the intro to the car was smoothly conducted and we were ready to go. It was actually the most fun I've ever had buying a car! We laughed, kidded about their temporary "trailer park" office, traded stories about our cars and promised to meet up before we headed home. I can't thank you all enough. Now, both of my cars (2006 Passat 3.6, which I bought from my son, and new Q5 Audi) are from Jim Ellis Marietta!!
From the moment I walked into Audi Gwinnett and had conversation with Mr Verne, I felt comfortable and somehow got the feeling that this will be the place I should get my car from. Mr Verne understood my requirements accurately and immediately shown me the most appropriate options. I went for used Audi Q5 but the price point was beyond my reach. Verne pointed me to brand new 2017 Audi Q3. He worked hard with general manager and came back with my price. He did not shown any frustration even when I was bargaining with him to reach my affordable price point. This typically was not my experience with other dealerships. His job knowledge and analyzing customer requirement skills are really exceptional. He always kept his cool and never gave me stressful feeling which I typically worried about when I go to car dealers.
This is by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I am very lazy to write reviews, but Verne deserves one for sure. I had blast picking out my dream car with amazing staff !!
What a pleasant car buying experience
I have had car buying experiences ranging from really bad, to bad, to OK. This is the 1st one I can genuinely say was pleasant.
It started with my salesman, Raul Cantu, paying attention to my initial preference for communicating electronically. That's big to me and shows they're paying attention to changes in customers.
I went in loaded for bear having done a LOT of research and with a written quote on my trade in. Raul adjusted well and acknowledged my amount of knowledge. Refreshing.
I went up a trim level from what I went in for. He didn't fight me on it . He answered the questions I had, saw where I was going and facilitated but didn't really push. From my own background in sales - when a customer is going where you want them to go, shut up!
All in all, about as pleasant an experience as it could be. And a really nice new building too.
Will come back again and again! Both cars that I've purchased there have been everything I've wanted and more. I've always gotten a great deal and have been more than satisfied. He is so easy to worth with and has always gone above and beyond to make it effortless in buying a car.
This dealership is new and an up and comer. Their process is quick, easy and hassle free. I was treated with respect and the service is awesome. My main point of contact was Jonathan. His attention to detail and communication were both great. I met 2 of his co-workers and they too, were professionals. This dealership and brand is a welcome addition for those in search of high end, exotic cars sold in a professional way.
I bought a 2012 Mercedes-Benz from Greg Marino and his sales guy Gil. Before I bought I did an inspection there were a coupe of minor cometic things that I ask to be taken care of. Greg & Gil gladly fixed the issues and were very helpful with any questions I had. A few days after I purchased the car, I had a minor issue with it and Greg had me take it to his mechanic and fixed it free of charge. Will definitely do business with this company again!
I have known Alex at Platinum Autohaus for about 20yrs and have bought multiple cars from he and his staff. What I really appreciate is the ease with which they make this process. They treat you like family when you are there and continue to assist with answers to any questions you may have even after the purchase is completed. I live in Denver where we have 2 Maserati dealerships & multiple exotic car dealers. Despite this, I made the decision to drive to Chicago to purchase a Maserati from Chicago Motor Cars. A decision I do not regret. I purchased a Maserati Quattroporte at a price thousands less than Denver dealers. Plus, the car had far more options and fewer miles. The icing on the cake was that they took my car on trade sight unseen & gave me a trade in value that was on par with Kelley Blue Book. They know what to do to retain customers & 100% stand behind the products that they sell. I rate my Chicago Motor Cars experience a 10/10. I say this after having multiple problems with the Maserati I purchased from them. It started when I decided to drive my car back to Denver in lieu of shipping it & flying home. I figured I???d take a road trip in the new car & truly enjoy it. 4 hrs into the drive home the headlights went out. I contacted CMC & Parin insisted I stay in a hotel on him and be safe. I found the nearest Marriot & stayed the night in Des Moines. The next morning, I hit the road & as I crossed the Iowa/Nebraska border a low oil pressure warning light came on. At this point I was furious. I was going to leave the car in Omaha and fly home to Denver. Parin insisted this was a computer issue with Maserati and it turned out he was right. He was so confident that it was a computer issue, he told me to drive from Omaha to Denver with the low oil pressure light on and if something happened to the $40,000 Ferrari engine in it he would take it back on his dime. I continued home and arrived with the engine intact. Josh then set up an appointment with a Denver Maserati dealer to fix the computer chip for the oil pressure and replaced the headlights. All were under warranty. It took 2 weeks to get the parts in and fix all the issues. I needed a car, so Chicago Motor cars paid for a rental car for me for 2 weeks. I imagine they lost money on my transaction and I think if it happened again Parin would handle it the same way. I was not happy initially but am thrilled with how CMC stood behind their sale. They even gave me the opportunity to ship it back to them on their dime after I got home. Parin & Chicago Motors Cars is a textbook example of how to run a successful business. I have already referred a friend to them and will buy my wife a range rover from them this summer. Work with Parin, Josh and Chicago Motor Cars if the opportunity comes as you will not regret it.
