Joe, one of the service managers, has been super helpful to me during my past few visits. I had my car serviced, and a few weeks later, there was an issue with a potential oil leak. I was in the area, and even though it was past working hours, he told me to bring my car in so that he could check it out. He and his team was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem without charging me. This is truly great service. Audi should be thankful to have a manager like him.
John is very helpful I asked him what I needed to buy a car with no hassle just walk in and sign and he gave me a killer deal im still working with him trying to save up the cash for the down but they are amazing over there
I got my C5 Z06 from MDK international. I couldn't believe my eyes when I found a 1K mile Corvette Z06. A 15 years old "brand new" vette and the price was very competitive. Purchased the car with 2 day return policy and had it checked by my Chevy dealer. The guys at Chevy said "this is the cleanest older corvette they've ever seen". Result!

My wife and I were impressed time and time again by Santa Monica Audi, most recently by Tammy in the parts dept when she helped us order roof carrier bars and cargo carrier for our Q5. We were previously impressed by the service dept and our 10K service and before that we were impressed by the sales dept when we purchased our Q5 last year.
After searching for a certified Audi all over So- Cal, I came across Audi of Santa Monica. It took just a few clicks to get to know the car I was interested in, via- email. Selena is your go to internet sales manager, she was friendly and forward. I scheduled a test drive and liked the car.
ZAREH PLOOZIAN made my buying experience quick, and easy. He kept in contact with me all throughout the shopping experience, including keeping in touch after my purchase. Zareh is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on all of the cars and what the dealership has to offer. I recommend Zareh to everyone I know!!
I can't speak highly enough about this establishment. Chris and Tyler were especially courteous and made our buying experience the best we've ever had from a car dealership. In case you're thinking, "Duh, when you buy something that expensive, they have to kiss your @$$," we bought a used Jeep for less than 30K. They're just good people, regardless of who you are or what you're buying.
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
Tred was a great experience,for the test drive they had the owner of the car come meet me and he showed me the car and comfortably let me drive the car however I wanted. It was one of the best car experiences I’ve had!!!
My husband and I had the best experience while purchasing our Audi Q5 from Audi Pacific. Collin, Gino, Fady, Mike and Thomas were so helpful and so honest with what we were getting ourselves into.
We visited this dealership two times before our final trip to purchase our car. In between those visits we tried out other dealerships for options and had the worst experience at Audi Beverly Hills. It was so bad that as we left we called Collin at Audi Pacific and described our experience and made an appointment with him for the following day. Collin was more then happy to show us more cars and let us ask as many questions as possible and test drive a car as many times as necessary to make a decision. We never felt rushed or pushed to by a car at any time. When we finally decided on a car we called to make sure they wouldnt sell it before arriving and as we arrived the paperwork was ready and car was freshly washed and pulled up to the front for us. They even had our car windows tinted the same night which we greatly appreciated. We never had to sit an haggle or go through tons of papers that night, it was quick and everyone was so nice it definitely made it a good experience. We appreciate everyone's help and feel confident in coming back here for future purchases. When the Manager Mike said they had the best cars at the best prices he was definitely right.
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, email@example.com late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
