Professsional customer focused first service on my new Audi

This was my first time utilizing the service center of this dealership. I was overall impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. It???s important to note that the visit was for a basic warranty maintenance check, so not challenging in terms of priblem solving, etc. I was impressed with the small customer focused touches that make a difference- such as offering bottled water and calling Uber???s for transportation during the service time The only area for improvement (I???d take off just 1/2 Star) is the return transportation. The service rep texted letting me know my car was ready and asking for my address to transport me back. I replied immediately, and advised that my phone was about to die, but heard nothing for 20 minutes so called my own Uber back. If this is the mechanism for customer transportation, the response should be timely. Otherwise everything was great!
