My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
My experience with online buying has been solidified; I will always use this as my #1 shopping method. My car buying experience was outstanding because of the incredible customer service of Todd Smith (Audi Swanee Mission Salesman) Todd was engaging from the moment he answered my sales call. He wanted to understand my requests and how he could facilitate my desire.
I was a very demanding customer and with 2 weeks of negotiating without a commitment it didn't deter Todd; he continued being just as committed to serving my needs. Unfortunately, when I was ready to make a decision to buy, Todd suffered an unexpected
emergency but during a critical moment in his life he gave thought to me by passing my case to his Sales Manager (Taz Good) who continued with the same, non-pressure and outstanding customer service. I agreed to buy the vehicle and Taz found me a better interest rate than my 20 year credit union.
Well, the buying experience was done but I needed the expensive Audi A8L that I purchased 'sight unseen' to be shipped. Todd and Taz made the connection that ensured my vehicle was shipped in a timely manner and it was.
The Audi Swanee Mission team is outstanding and if I am ever in Kansas that will be one of my first stops. This is an outstanding team.

Outstanding! Courteous, professional, personable and simply the best car-buying experience I've had - - hands down. I purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander at Reliable today and my sales consultant was Randy Tan. Randy is Top Shelf. After spending numerous hours over a few days, he had thoroughly answered my questions, competently demonstrated and explained the new tech features, and never pressured me about buying. Just the opposite - - I got the distinct sense that this guy was there to serve and work for me, and he truly did. I like subject matter experts who are up front, open, honest and straight forward with a passion for service, and Randy is just that. In addition, Reliable Toyota beat every offer I had received from other dealerships in the Region by a wide margin. Happy, happy, happy!
Matt Vallee was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He didn't seem to mind some of the dumb questions I had. We drove several cars around the lot before making a final selection. The whole process went smoothly. Matt was kind enough to help me clean out my trade in since I wasn't really prepared to turn it in. Mike in financing was also very knowledgeable and courteous. However, he had to apologize several times for the length of time it took to get the financing completed. My FICA score was 850. I don't know why the financing took so long. I arrived at the dealer about 3:00 PM and had my car selected and priced by 4:00 PM or so. I didn't get to leave until almost 7:00 PM. Three hours for financing seems way too long. Something needs to be done about the time it took for financing. I am enjoying my new 2018 Chevy Cruze in what I describe as Cardinal Red! I learn new things about it every day!
We had a wonderful experience with Audi this weekend! Thanks to Jay, Heyward and Chris, they made our buying journey as painless as possible! listened to what we were looking for, explained the benefits and answered all of our questions openly about Audis. It made our decision really easy and felt 100% satisfied with our purchase!

I'm not a car person, but I LOVE driving the certified 2014 A5 I bought in December 2016 from Rockville Audi. I did a Wash/Baltimore area search on cars in stock and the pros & cons of certified vs. not certified so when I saw my car listed, I thought it was a fair price. I then did a quick online review of the dealership (I didn't want an adversarial experience) and saw that Maria Cokinos had good reviews. Basically, I made to deal over the phone, I showed up three hours later on Dec. 23rd and I drove off with my 'new car.' The words I will use to describe the experience are: fair, respectful, a win-win. I really do love driving the car, buying it was a positive experience and I appreciate Maria's follow-up to make sure I'm comfortable with the car. I recommend Rockville Audi, no hard sale from the finance manager, Maria was great and I'd bet the others on the sales team are real pros too.
Joe put my wife and I in a 2018 Audi Q5, and we couldn't be more pleased with him and the whole process. He worked with us from the test drive (multiple test drives over the course of 3 weeks actually) all the way to financing, and we walked away with a significantly better deal than we had expected. Joe knows his stuff as he previously worked on the service side, and has seamlessly made the transition into sales. Very personable and straight up guy, super easy to deal with and he was extremely adamant on getting us the exact car we wanted. He located the perfect vehicle, got it shipped down to MD from NY, had it detailed when it arrived and even offered to drop it off to our house. My husband and I had the pleasure of leasing our second Audi with Audi North Orlando on July 21, 2016 from Frank De Wilde. It was by far, the best car leasing experience we've had. Frank made our transaction smooth, easy and fast as we drove up from the Florida Keys just to work with Frank. I called Frank about a week earlier and told him exactly what we were looking for as we needed a bigger vehicle than our current Q3 to pull our boat. He recommended the Q5 with a towing package, emailed me pictures of what was in stock and within a few hours, we decided on the one we wanted and set a date to pick it up. Once we arrived to the dealership after driving 6 1/2 hours from the Keys, Frank greeted us and we were in our new Q5 within less than an hour! I brag to all of our friends about our experience as it truly has left a wonderful impression with us. We will be back for our next vehicle and look forward to another great experience from Frank and Audi North Orlando.
As a business owner and a salesperson for 30 years, I must say I had a great experience with Brad and and Checkered Flag (for the most part). Brad truly seem to care about his customers and went way above and beyond what I expected. We have bought 3 cars from Checkered Flag over the years and this was certainly the best experience (for the most ) My only complaint is if a company has set one price/ no haggle price on cars, they need to set and stick with that price. Saw this car on Monday on the website for 13k, 3 days later when I'm ready to purchase, the price goes to $13,690. Non Negotiable. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT DECISION..

Ultra quiet Q7 developed wierd rump-rump- rump noise related to speed. Thought sure it was so expensive drive train component. Was greatly relieved problem was uneven tire wear attributed to loss of wheel alignment. Can’t imagine how that happened as we only drive on the excellent po hole free byways of New England. Alignment corrected, tires rotated and Q is good to go. Still have some tire noise, but now we know why. Oh Q is exceptional isolating road noise and absorbing bumps & holes.
