I was interested in a used car and had been looking for awhile. I found one online at this dealership that matched what I wanted. The process was very efficient consisting of contacting them online, test driving the vehicle, negotiating, and making the purchase. They were very professional and enjoyable to work with. After the sale I had some questions and concerns which they quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Through the entire process they were focused on providing a great customer experience. I highly recommend this dealership.
I initially brought a used 2017 Audi Q5 in for a purchase inspection, from another dealer. After talking to Nick, who spent 10 minutes with me discussing the Audi inspection, walking around inspecting the vehicle, answering my wife's questions and then reassuring me that the Audi I was interested in still had over 23 months and 30K miles dealer warranty, I decided to at that time not to perform the inspection. 15 minutes after leaving the dealer, my wife and I was discussing Nick's professionalism and attitude. Never trying to push the inspection or any products and services, and how impressed we were with him, we decided to return to Audi Plano for the inspection. Nick was in the service bay, and greeted us like long time customers. He quickly got us in the queue and then arranged a Lyft ride back to our residence in Garland, over 20 minutes away. During the inspection, we recieved video footage of the vehicle being inspected. After the inspection Nick arranged another Lyft ride back to the Audi Plano where he went over the items discovered during the inspection, and proceeded to demonstrate great confidence that the car was of excellent condition. Nick's personality and attitude is the only reason we decided to go ahead with the vehicle inspection.
They were very friendly and helped work through the process. Spent a very short amount of time there as their process is very straight forward and efficient. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

There are two phases to the dealer/buyer experience: 1) selecting and purchasing your car; 2) having your vehicle serviced. The purchase may take a few hours, though often much less time. In my case, Ed Costie and Jeff Hummel could not have been more professional on the sales side--a satisfying experience all around. For me, however, it's the service experience that's even more important. After all, you interact with the service department multiple times during your car ownership. The service team at Glenwood Audi is professional in every way, meaning easy to work with, well organized, nice, efficient, and fast. I hope to make as few visits to the service department as possible (and I assume that will be the case, knowing the quality built into every Audi, but when I do need service, I know it will be excellent. And Ed and Jeff will swing by the waiting room to say hi. Even the head of finance came by to say hello.

I had been casually looking for just the right Corvette in my price range for the last couple of years. Finally, I found one at Ultimo Motors. It was not only sharp looking, it was newer than I thought I could afford, had just the right engine, lower miles than I thought I could get, had all the features I wanted, looked like a brand new car, and was priced right. I just couldn't believe it! What's the catch? Something must not be right! So I emailed an inquiry or two and received immediate replies from Frank Baginski answering all my questions and a simple no pressure invitation to come in and check it out. I told Mr Baginski that I live about 90 minutes away and would not be able to come in for a few days but was concerned that it might be sold by the time I could get there. He told me a simple deposit on a credit card would hold it for a few days until I could get there and if it didn't work out I'd get my full deposit back. Ok, that's easy, right? I gave him my deposit and we scheduled a date and time for me to take it for a spin. My wife and I arrived and we were immediately greeted by a gentleman named Shawn who knew our name and was expecting us. He asked how our trip was, told us that Frank would be right with us and offered us refreshments and the use of their lounge. In no time we met Frank, discussed the Corvette and it was brought out front for my inspection. It was showroom beautiful. It was everything exactly as they described it! I carefully examined every inch of it looking for something wrong and I couldn't find anything wrong! We took it for a ride all around the area. It was perfect and for a price that I found hard to believe! All I could do was smile and nod my head yes. I was sold! We briefly worked with Frank and then met with Dan the Business Manager to finish the deal. They put the license plate on the Corvette and we were ready to go. That is the fastest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever had in my 50 years of car buying! I will definitely be monitoring Ultimo Motors inventory for my next purchase. I'm confident I can't go wrong with a deal from the fine people at Ultimo Motors. I am loving my Corvette! Thanks to all! :)
Dropped off the car for the air bag recall just after 7:30, got a ride to work from super-friendly Bill in a new Q5. At 10, received a text with a link to a video and report from the tech, explaining what they???d done so far. Nice touch! Got a call that the service was complete at 12:45. Bill picked me up at 1:15 and I was driving away with a newly washed car by 1:45! Quick and efficient.
Can't ask for better...communication and then arranging a test drive late in the evening. Kept me informed and provided all the information I asked for and then some.
I'm six hours away from the dealership and Frankie was a pleasure to deal with. He was prompt and professional with my many questions. We negotiated a price which was a simple process. When we arrived, the car had just been washed and was waiting for us. We inspected the car and everything that we had discussed was correct and accurate. The paperwork went quick, there were no surprises, and we were quickly on our way. I've bought 3 cars long distance and this was by far the easiest. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

While visiting Morristown from out of state, my 2012 Q7 was overheating. After an unsuccessful trip to a gas station to diagnose the problem, I dropped in to the service center at 7:00, right before it was closing for the night. Everyone couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was set up with a loaner, and my thermostat was replaced the following morning and I was back on the road to Maryland by the afternoon. Luis Torilio in particular was extremely helpful. He took the vehicle and oversaw the process to ensure the issue was properly diagnosed and fixed quickly. I was especially impressed given the fact that I am not a regular customer, nor do I even live in the area. The Service Department did a thorough job inspecting the car and making sure everything was in good working order before we got on the road. They even offered to help me pack up my car with our luggage from the loaner before we hit the road. Above and beyond!

As soon as I walked through those doors there at Audi Brooklyn, I felt comfortable knowing I made the right decision. The staff were very warm-hearted, welcoming me with complimentary coffee and conversation. They perfectly understood why I chose the Audi brand. I truly appreciate you allowing me to have a loaner for the day of service, but could you have the tech giving out the car that he might ask "are you familiar with this model?" Last service I had was a 2018 A3 whereas I come from a 2015 A4. The controls are way different !! A quick Q&A would be helpful. Peter Brandt
I have been servicing my Audis (2005 A6,2015 Q5) since 2006. My experience with their service and John Hansen is another reason why I bought a 2018 Q5 this past month. Over the years he has gained my trust because he is truthful, ethical and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the treatment you expect when buying a fine automobile. I have never had to make a return trip for any service. It has always been done the right way the first time in. Knowing we were leaving for a long trip and my concern over a cooling system/ turbo recall, he went out of his way when he saw me in the dealership to come over and reassure me that it was safe to make the trip. That reassurance meant a lot!

Ultra quiet Q7 developed wierd rump-rump- rump noise related to speed. Thought sure it was so expensive drive train component. Was greatly relieved problem was uneven tire wear attributed to loss of wheel alignment. Can’t imagine how that happened as we only drive on the excellent po hole free byways of New England. Alignment corrected, tires rotated and Q is good to go. Still have some tire noise, but now we know why. Oh Q is exceptional isolating road noise and absorbing bumps & holes.
