What a pleasant car buying experience
I have had car buying experiences ranging from really bad, to bad, to OK. This is the 1st one I can genuinely say was pleasant.
It started with my salesman, Raul Cantu, paying attention to my initial preference for communicating electronically. That's big to me and shows they're paying attention to changes in customers.
I went in loaded for bear having done a LOT of research and with a written quote on my trade in. Raul adjusted well and acknowledged my amount of knowledge. Refreshing.
I went up a trim level from what I went in for. He didn't fight me on it . He answered the questions I had, saw where I was going and facilitated but didn't really push. From my own background in sales - when a customer is going where you want them to go, shut up!
All in all, about as pleasant an experience as it could be. And a really nice new building too.
Matt Vallee was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He didn't seem to mind some of the dumb questions I had. We drove several cars around the lot before making a final selection. The whole process went smoothly. Matt was kind enough to help me clean out my trade in since I wasn't really prepared to turn it in. Mike in financing was also very knowledgeable and courteous. However, he had to apologize several times for the length of time it took to get the financing completed. My FICA score was 850. I don't know why the financing took so long. I arrived at the dealer about 3:00 PM and had my car selected and priced by 4:00 PM or so. I didn't get to leave until almost 7:00 PM. Three hours for financing seems way too long. Something needs to be done about the time it took for financing. I am enjoying my new 2018 Chevy Cruze in what I describe as Cardinal Red! I learn new things about it every day!
I purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Certified Benz and Beemer several months back???there were some chips along the front fender when the car was delivered, and I protested to the dealership to no avail. I was dissatisfied, and made a harsh assessment during my review. I am thrilled BEYOND to rescind those remarks after speaking with the owner late last week. (I was on vacation at the time and we have traded phone calls over the last few weeks) There was no quibbling, no excuses....simply he said they didn???t handle it correctly and he wanted to know what he could do (anything) to make it right! Talk about a breath of fresh air....he took the time to go back (on a sale already closed) and try and remedy a situation. He had already spoken with/to his employees and then reached out to me to see what he could do. He then told me if I was ever in the market for another car to please reach out to him personally. Jack is a stand-up guy and his humility and integrity are no doubt why his dealership is so successful. You simply do NOT see this level of customer service and commitment (anywhere) any more....least of all in the car business. He has re-earned my business! The car is magnificent and I didn???t ???want anything??? in return???I had the minor repairs made, and Jack even offered to pay for those. I am happy to report a great ending to my car buying experience!
My wife and I visited Audi of Lakeland on Tuesday 02/27/2018 to inquire about a used vehicle. We were greeted by auto salesman Mario, I highly recommend him for any future purchases. The visit was extremely pleasant, the dealerships level of professionalism is very high (pleasant surprise). Even though we did not purchase the vehicle (which is fairly priced) we were treated in my estimation as if we were purchaser! We feel that Audi Lakeland is a 5 star dealership.
First let me say I hate buying a car because of the process most dealerships go through to sell you a car. Now that I have said that, I experience I had at Audi Boulder was a totally different experience. I originally contacted the dealership over 1-1/2 years ago and spoke with a salesman regarding the TT as I was thinking of upgrading my 2001 TT and wasn't sure if I should purchase then or wait for the new enhanced 2016 model. He suggested waiting for the 2016 model and so I did. The dealership kept in touch with me off and on through the next year and the original salesman left the dealership. I then was contacted by Jeremy Forcier. He let me know when the model of the 2016 was at the dealership and we set up a time to drive it. It was a fun test drive; the way the car drove, the different drive options, and the technology was awesome. I had specific requirements of my next car and Jeremy and I explored the Audi exclusive option where I could get the color I wanted and the packages I wanted right from the factory. I had a specific timeframe in mind and left the dealership with information. I was not pressured in any way to "buy it now" which would have made me not come back. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being pushy. I returned in October and ordered my car, the way I wanted it. Jeremy suggested the tan interior which I was skeptical but agreed. Jeremy kept me in touch throughout the process of the car being built. Just recently the car arrived at the dealership and we made an appointment to pick it up -- I was so excited to see the new car. We made an appointment for 6:00 pm and Jeremy was very patient with me, showing me how to be able to drive the car and doing some initial set up. The price came in right where we had discussed back in October. Matt was great in getting the financial piece together and soon I was pulling out of the lot in the brand new car. By the way, my skepticism about the tan interior was totally unfounded, it looks beautiful -- THANK YOU JEREMY! The service staff contacted me the next day and we scheduled the tinting, clear bra, and interior protectant and when I arrived to pick it up from these services, Jeremy again took time to walk me through some other items we didn't have time for before - voice training, different buttons and radio presets, and garage door opener. I know this is a long story but what I wanted to show is the level of commitment this dealership has to its customers. Jeremy was wonderful to work with before, during, and after the sale and I so appreciate his easy manner, wealth of knowledge and patience with me learning (I think he had to tell me 3 times on the voice training to say each number one-one-five-three instead of eleven fifty three). I have my perfect car thanks to Audi Boulder!

Steven was and always is prepared and professional. The o lay issue was the service guys did not reset the internal mechanism which resulted in me needing to drive back to the dealership
I went into Steve White Audi because I was looking at one of their used cars. But that isn't the way they treated me. They have cars in the showroom that sell for $150,000. Based on how they treated me I felt like I was there to pay cash for it. They were super friendly and not pushy at all. They treated me with respect and with courtesy from the time I walked in the door until I left. They let me take home the used car I was looking at buying. Although I wasn't sold on that car I was sold on Steve White and the sales person, Rey. I am still in the market and I am waiting on a car to come in to Steve White that matches what I am looking for. They are that good. I will put off purchasing just so I can buy a car there.
I purchased a new 2017 RDX about 2 months ago. I worked with SJ Duong and I never felt pressured. He was very helpful and extremely nice to deal with. Up until today, if I send him a text message about a question on my RDX he knows the answer. He gets back to me within minutes. I feel like I was very lucky to get him as a sales guy. I was very worried about getting a new car with all that technology, but SJ Duong made that a very comforting experience. He is the absolute best. Ask for SJ Duong if you are going to buy an Acura. You will not be disappointed.

We had been looking for a used 2018 Audi Q5 for some time and had run into too many poorly run dealerships that simply did not listen to what we wanted in our area. Once we expanded our search, we found Marcos Morales at Walter's Audi in Riverside who went SO FAR BEYOND what any salesperson has done in the past. He was AMAZING start to finish and truly understands that this is a SERVICE oriented business and you have to LISTEN to what the customer wants, not TELL them. He did a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered EVERY question we had in a quick and courteous fashion. He was professional and LISTENED (note to other dealerships we did NOT buy from: YOU listen to US, not the other way around!) to our needs, and we drove over 350 miles to get this car, bypassing a lot of dealerships along the way! Just a great experience buying a car from Walter's Audi and Marcos Morales.
Best car buying experience ever! We love the Audi Minneapolis dealership. We just purchased our first Audi and we couldn't be happier. We have been looking and test driving new cars for the past 6 months and we made three visits to Audi Minneapolis. Each time Joel Heinen gave us an outstanding customer experience. I really appreciate Joel's low pressure but highly attentive style. I've never felt more comfortable car shopping. When we made the decision to buy Joel knew exactly what we were looking for and found it. Delivery was so much fun. Joel took care of all the details and spent over an hour walking us through all the high tech features. Thank you!
After visiting the auto show I had a Mustang convertible on my short list so I visited Montrose Ford for a test drive. I met Will Sutton who went over all the bells and whistles of my new love interest and we went out for a test drive. Any question I had about this car, Will had the answer. I took the time (very little) to look at other models but returned later that week and had the car ordered in less than 20 minutes. I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery but I picked it up 9 weeks to the day after it was ordered - I don't fault the dealership, they have no control over the factory. Will kept me informed by tracking the VIN once assigned and he didn't seem to mind the crazy person texting him periodically to ask if a rogue Mustang showed up. I would have gotten a discount through my credit card company if I used a differnt dealership however that wasn't an option. Will worked on the price to make it comparable and still without a hint of pressure to buy. Will is so knowledgeable he made the whole process easy. When I arrived to take the new addition home Will was there to go over every feature and he made sure I could use everything properly. I had such a good experience I would recommend Will and Montrose Ford without hesitation.
This was my first experience using CarLotz. Used them to sell 2 vehicles; one outright sale and the other on consignment. I found an Audi A4 Saturday night, emailed the dealership and received a response in under 24 hrs. That Monday I went in to see the car. It was exactly as it appeared online 💯 David Truan met with me, he's very polite and told me all I needed to know about the car (he had to show me how to work the radio lol) Responsive Courteous and Patient w me even tho I was in a rush to get on the road! While visiting Morristown from out of state, my 2012 Q7 was overheating. After an unsuccessful trip to a gas station to diagnose the problem, I dropped in to the service center at 7:00, right before it was closing for the night. Everyone couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was set up with a loaner, and my thermostat was replaced the following morning and I was back on the road to Maryland by the afternoon. Luis Torilio in particular was extremely helpful. He took the vehicle and oversaw the process to ensure the issue was properly diagnosed and fixed quickly. I was especially impressed given the fact that I am not a regular customer, nor do I even live in the area. The Service Department did a thorough job inspecting the car and making sure everything was in good working order before we got on the road. They even offered to help me pack up my car with our luggage from the loaner before we hit the road. Above and beyond!

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism following my inquiry on a listed car. Though ultimately, it didn't match my needs, they worked with me in my search and were very responsive to additional questions/requests.
My siblings and I are from the north shore and was car shopping for the day. Our first dealership we stopped at in Shrewsbury was a no go. It was too bad, we were very serious about financing a car but couldn???t test drive the car, but gladly......thankfully, we ended up at AutoMax. I can???t tell you enough how happy and satisfied I was purchasing a vehicle with confidence at AutoMax Pre-Owned in Framingham. AutoMax has a very inviting atmosphere and employees who work with you to make your purchasing a vehicle a breeze. As soon as we strolled in, we were already taken cared of by one of the associates who greeted us. We simply wanted to test drive a car beforehand and they got a salesmen, Luiz Espigar to assist us in test driving a car. After we test drove the car, we asked for him to give us a moment so my siblings and I could discuss if it was a go or not. He respectfully gave us our space and let us collaborate. Everything was perfect about the vehicle, from the mileage, the price, the smoothness of the drive, and the look and feel of the Mercedes. 100% I felt confident ready to finance the car. However it wasn???t up to me, it was up to my cousin, if he wanted the car or not. In the end, we ended up purchasing the Mercedes C300, and everything went smoothly, Luiz answered our questions, spoke about the pricing, showed us the carfax, etc. He didn???t make it feel like your typical sketchy salesmen at other dealerships who are trying to rip you off. We knew what we wanted and he made sure we got what we wanted. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, Luiz is the guy to go to..and this is coming from a young person who has car shopped a few times and co-signed before, not much experienced but very knowledgeable of who is genuine. You don???t get many dealerships that take you seriously. Note: We purchased the Mercedes on a Saturday during the RMV 3day closure and somehow they got the car up and ready to go the following Thursday. It was fully serviced, cleaned, tinted(came with the package I signed up for) and he kindly put gas in it. Thank you AutoMax, especially a thank you to you Luiz and the finance women who both made it extremely easy!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle.
Ultra quiet Q7 developed wierd rump-rump- rump noise related to speed. Thought sure it was so expensive drive train component. Was greatly relieved problem was uneven tire wear attributed to loss of wheel alignment. Can’t imagine how that happened as we only drive on the excellent po hole free byways of New England. Alignment corrected, tires rotated and Q is good to go. Still have some tire noise, but now we know why. Oh Q is exceptional isolating road noise and absorbing bumps & holes.
Service personnel were professional and took the time to explain the recalls and their assessment of my vehicle’s condition. I was told how long it would take and decided to wait; I was on my way as soon as they predicted. Wonderful job!
