I was interested in a used car and had been looking for awhile. I found one online at this dealership that matched what I wanted. The process was very efficient consisting of contacting them online, test driving the vehicle, negotiating, and making the purchase. They were very professional and enjoyable to work with. After the sale I had some questions and concerns which they quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Through the entire process they were focused on providing a great customer experience. I highly recommend this dealership.
My engine light was on following collision repair. Your service department ran a diagnostic and discovered damage that the collision center had overlooked. Your service department saved me a great deal of money by discovering the issue and sending me back to the collision center with documentation of what needed to be done. First let me say I hate buying a car because of the process most dealerships go through to sell you a car. Now that I have said that, I experience I had at Audi Boulder was a totally different experience. I originally contacted the dealership over 1-1/2 years ago and spoke with a salesman regarding the TT as I was thinking of upgrading my 2001 TT and wasn't sure if I should purchase then or wait for the new enhanced 2016 model. He suggested waiting for the 2016 model and so I did. The dealership kept in touch with me off and on through the next year and the original salesman left the dealership. I then was contacted by Jeremy Forcier. He let me know when the model of the 2016 was at the dealership and we set up a time to drive it. It was a fun test drive; the way the car drove, the different drive options, and the technology was awesome. I had specific requirements of my next car and Jeremy and I explored the Audi exclusive option where I could get the color I wanted and the packages I wanted right from the factory. I had a specific timeframe in mind and left the dealership with information. I was not pressured in any way to "buy it now" which would have made me not come back. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being pushy. I returned in October and ordered my car, the way I wanted it. Jeremy suggested the tan interior which I was skeptical but agreed. Jeremy kept me in touch throughout the process of the car being built. Just recently the car arrived at the dealership and we made an appointment to pick it up -- I was so excited to see the new car. We made an appointment for 6:00 pm and Jeremy was very patient with me, showing me how to be able to drive the car and doing some initial set up. The price came in right where we had discussed back in October. Matt was great in getting the financial piece together and soon I was pulling out of the lot in the brand new car. By the way, my skepticism about the tan interior was totally unfounded, it looks beautiful -- THANK YOU JEREMY! The service staff contacted me the next day and we scheduled the tinting, clear bra, and interior protectant and when I arrived to pick it up from these services, Jeremy again took time to walk me through some other items we didn't have time for before - voice training, different buttons and radio presets, and garage door opener. I know this is a long story but what I wanted to show is the level of commitment this dealership has to its customers. Jeremy was wonderful to work with before, during, and after the sale and I so appreciate his easy manner, wealth of knowledge and patience with me learning (I think he had to tell me 3 times on the voice training to say each number one-one-five-three instead of eleven fifty three). I have my perfect car thanks to Audi Boulder!
I had bought my Audi in Coral Springs as I was referred to someone there a couple of years ago. I always had good experiences there. On Saturday night last week, my car's battery died on me and I had to jump it on Sunday morning to get it started. I showed up at WPB Audi at 11am when they opened and met with Jennifer (Service Advisor) who greeted me with a big smile and how can we help you. I though I was going to have to leave my car and uber home and was offered the opportunity to wait for my car which I was incredibly happy about. Jennifer also offered me a complimentary car wash which I thought was great.
Jennifer was the ultimate professional. Dressed well, big smile, upbeat, kept me in the loop as things were going through the process with my car and couldn't have done a better job. No idea how long she's been working at WPB Audi, but I could see her moving up the ranks quickly. Great experience!!!
Now having visited with WPM Audi, I will certainly go there when buying my next car which could be another Audi. Place was beautiful and people there were very nice and professional.
My wife and I came to Victory Chevrolet to buy a used car. Joe Harrison, the salesman, spent hours with us going from lot to lot looking at various used cars. When we finally agreed on one, we couldn't come to terms on it. I mentioned that we were close to an offer we had at another dealership on a new car. Bryce Gandy, Vice President, then put together a deal using various incentives beating the other dealer's offer, an offer we couldn't refuse. At times I wondered during the roughly eight hours we were there, how many times do they go to this much trouble for nothing? Joe and Bryce were great, and made us very comfortable during the whole process of making the deal. Then I thought, how long will it take in the finance office. Randy Lee made the purchasing process quick and efficient, more so than any new car purchase I've ever made. Joe, Bryce, and Randy made this the best and least stressful new car buying experience (7 total) we've ever had. Thanks to Victory Chevrolet for being a first class business!
For the second time now I've come to Larry Roesch VW to purchase a new SUV, this time an Atlas, both times utilizing the professionalism and knowledge of Ryan Crooks to consummate the deal. Ryan agreed to meet me at a time that was not congruent with his schedule, but was ideal for mine. This was very much appreciated!

Dropped off the car for the air bag recall just after 7:30, got a ride to work from super-friendly Bill in a new Q5. At 10, received a text with a link to a video and report from the tech, explaining what they???d done so far. Nice touch! Got a call that the service was complete at 12:45. Bill picked me up at 1:15 and I was driving away with a newly washed car by 1:45! Quick and efficient.
After driving the Jeep Cherokee Summit line for the last 20 years, we decided to make a change. Looked at 8 different SUV's in the mid-size class and ultimately came back to our first stop in Hoffman Estates for the Q7. Love the car. The only minor disappointment is that it does not have remote start due to German legal issues. Did not realize it when we were looking at cars as we thought it was a given that all cars had it these days. Nicolette did a great job in helping us find/decide what we wanted and Eddie sure knows how to design cars! Ours is way cool with the black optics package.
John, the service manager, is great to work with. Estimates are spot on and he will always make time to fit you in. I've been in for 3 different issues and the guys always go a great job. Happy to see Lotus has an ACTUAL dealer here in Chicago now. Game changer for owning one of these in Chicagoland.

The Westgate Auto Group, specifically RollsRoyce Motors of Raleigh, was found to be professional, informative, and a joy to work with. John Overton proved to be beyond accommodating to me in the purchase of my 2018 Lexus LC 500. John???s sales acumen and no pressure demeanor was ideal, and was greatly appreciated. Don (Finance Director) was equally outstanding and made the paperwork aspect of the transaction smooth and trouble free. Prince (Sales) was very helpful with the vehicle test drive and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I traveled from Central Florida to Raleigh to test drive and purchase this vehicle and have no regrets in doing so. I would highly recommend Westgate to family and friends to satisfy any of their vehicle purchase needs. My family and I have purchased many vehicles from #1 Cochran and have always had a great experience. I recently had my Audi serviced at their West Liberty Audi store. From the moment I arrived I was treated with a great deal of respect and while my car was being worked on my advisor, Patrick McCulloch, constantly kept me in the loop. Everything that needed to get fixed was fixed and they explained everything to me so I knew exactly why my car needed the work that it did. More recently I had an issue where my AC completely quit working and of course it happened on a day when it was 95°. I drove straight to the dealership, without an appointment and Patrick was able to get my car in and provide me with a loaner car. A few days later I got my car back and it was blowing ice cold air. Everyone at Audi Pittsburgh is so kind and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone who needs their Audi serviced!
Had problems with exhaust filter was from out of town took me in and fixed it when Chevrolet wouldnt thx for the great service five stars in my book thx mr Gonzales and crew
My mom and I were in the market to purchase a vehicle for my Dad who commutes about 200 miles a day . We weren't really sure what we were looking for but Geno (the salesman) pointed us towards the right direction ! All it took was a Hello and he immediately put us in the right car . We ended up purchasing a 2015 Certified Golf TDI , we were skeptical at first because of the whole Diesel Gate incident but Geno made sure we had nothing to worry about . He owned a TDI himself! He was honest and very well informed . He showed us every little feature and even helped us when the Def Fluid light turned on a few weeks after purchase . We are happily getting 46 MPG cruising at 80mph!

A job very well done. This was an unusual situation - where my steering rack was damaged 16 months before the self-diagnostics threw an alert. My Audi service advisor, Brandon Anderson, worked closely with the insurance adjuster to install a used rack from another vehicle. The insurance company handled their part very well. Brandon kept me informed (almost daily) and provided a loaner vehicle for a week, no charge. No worries, no cost; it doesn’t get any better than this! Brandon’s mild manner and very professional performance really impressed me - truly an exceptional experience!
