Several employees worked late to finish the sale. I had a great conversation with the mechanic who stayed late also. Asking price was listed being thousands over book value so negotiating was an absolute necessity. Would recommend based on my experience.
Karina Kirkmire did an outstanding job of assisting me with any questions I had, and being a top notch professional. She was not pushy and she was very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her. Finance Manager Rachel Abielmona was also very helpful and a great communicator with any questions I had.
My husband and I spent weeks shopping for a new used car for our daughter. We found the perfect Honda CRV and drove an hour away to Sunset Cars of Auburn to check it out. We were greeted right away by Sean who is a fantastic, non-pushy, very professional salesperson to deal with! We told him which car we were there to see and test drive. He got the car right away so we could check it out and take it for a test drive. It fit our needs perfectly and after a little negotiating we purchased the Honda. Its been three and a half months and we are still very happy with our purchase!

I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
Great dealership. No pressure, didn't get swarmed by salesman, and was very fast during the whole process. I'm in love with my new 2018 Honda civic. Cal was awesome and Tim was great! I would definitely buy there again!!!

Oh the service shop really needs to improve. I bought a new xc90 2018 from sandberg volvo; it was a loaner and interiors were smelling bad. Sales guys promised that car will be detailed and there would not be any trace of foul smell. I took the delivery on 10/10/2018 and that foul smell was replaced by another smell that kept giving me migrane. I went back to sandberg and they worked on that odor to replace it with another bad odor that didnt give me migrane but my wife wouldnt sit in the car or take it out with her friends feeling ashamed of that odor. It has been almost a month now and sandberg has still not resolved it. I love the car but find volvo service totally unacceptable. would not recommend others. Such a fine car but poor volvo service is doing a favor to its competition.
My salesman Kyle Harrell has given excellent customer service from the first time I walked into the dealership. He ordered me a new vehicle and has kept me updated throughout the whole process. I never felt high pressured to get anything other than exactly what I wanted, that includes the final paperwork with the Finance Manager.
I've now purchased two vehicles from Goodfella's; my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee purchased in April and my wife's 2011 Lexus CT200h purchased this Month. At other dealerships I was subject to shady half-truths and hidden records but throughout my experience Goodfella's has changed my perceptions of Used Dealers. Polite, Honest, Open, Professional, and Fair. The owners Mike and Tara have earned a life long customer in my family. I highly recommend giving them a try to see for yourself.

I shopped online for for a certified used BMW for several weeks. I found a car I was interested in and went to BMW Northwest to see the car. I was outside looking and Larry came out and introduced himself, asked if I had any questions about the car and if I wanted a test drive. After looking at the car I decided not to buy it, Larry gave me his card and thanked me for looking. A few weeks later I found another car online at BMW Northwest, went in to see it and Larry came out again, remembered my name, what I was looking for, and we went on a test drive. I ended up buying the car and I love it.
This is the second used BMW I have purchased from BMW Northwest and I won't buy a BMW from anyone else. Every employee is a professional and their customer service is unmatched. Larry Williams is THE BEST person to work with! No pressure, just a very patient, personable, informative, professional!
Michael was hands down the most professional, experienced, patient, and understanding sales person with which we interacted during our search for my wife's dream car. We visited almost every BMW dealership in the greater Seattle area and Michael was the best. Highly recommend. We will be back.
