When my lease was up, buying this car was a no-brainer! The residual was less than the car is currently worth. This car has held up extremely well the past three years with little to no maintenance. It's deceptively agile, fast, super smooth and quiet, has a strong engine that sips gas, and looks amazing inside and out. The live cockpit instrument cluster is outstanding, likely the best in the industry. Elegant interior with all the right finishes. Love the heated seats. Ambient lighting is top notch, like I'm in a spacecraft. The 2019 car hit the mark from a design point, engine performance, and overall comfort. The engine hasn't changed in four years (and counting). The new long curved display on the 2023 330i is awkward. It looks cheap, like a BMW afterthought add-on. Stick to the 2019-2022 versions. If you can get a 2019. It's like having the lowest-cost house in a very expensive neighborhood where everyone wants to live. You won't regret it.

Bought a used 330i xdrive with only 10,000 miles on it. Found it on cars.com. I have now driven it 2000 miles and absolutely love it. Fantastic combination of performance, fuel economy, comfort, functionality, style and fun. The real gas mileage is even better than advertised. I also considered Audi A4, but the BMW beat it in every category. The interior design also feels much nicer. The A4 is more just like a plain upscale VW while the BMW feels more special and has more personality.

Being an out of state Buyer can sometimes be nerve racking especially when you are dealing with a dealership that you have never dealt with. In this particular purchase I found Thompson BMW to be a great place to deal with. Any concerns I might have had in the beginning were quickly devolved. The salesman I dealt with was exceptional [Rob RIdgway] and resolved any concerns I had quickly and efficiently. I might add that I was looking for an X5 in 5 states with a specific exterior and interior color combinations and with specific options I wanted. It was a rare combination but Thompson was the only dealer in 5 states that had it. The whole purchase process was made a piece cake by Thompsons sales, finance, and service departments. I would certainly purchase a vehicle from them again! Excellent experience!

The only problem we had with this car is park brake rear pads sticking to the rear brakes rotor. BMW dealer in Tallahassee fl repaired this but it has happened again especially if Car hasn't been driven..Couldn't find a recall...Is this a problem or should I call BW assist?

Everyone at this location is very profession and respectful. They have recently renovated their facilities for the better. They don't try to up sell you on unnecessary options. They are fast and thorough. I would look to buy my next vehicle here, because they have earned my trust through their excellent service.

This is a tough market and I shopped many places. I had an all around great experience at Otto's BMW! I'm from Ohio. My husband and I found the car online. When we contacted the dealership we were put in touch with Ky. He made the process seamless. He was great to work with and provided excellent customer service. We were able to schedule our trip to pick up the car and get back home in a 30 hour window.
