I worked with Tim Muldoon and I can say that it was the best car buying experience I've had to date. Tim was absolutely wonderful and very responsive. He gave me his personal mobile and I contacted him many times regarding the pros and cons of a specific car that I had my eye on.
Tim was great to work with and I really feel that he was looking out for my best interest. His exact words "You're not wasting my time at all! Even if you do go with a different brand, I just want to make sure that you're getting a good value". He is truly a class act and helped me through this process, which can be rather daunting to someone that does not have a lot of knowledge about cars.
The dealership is beautiful. There is a great waiting area and they treat everyone that walks in the door like gold. Wonderful coffee/beverage station and plenty of snacks. Very comfortable leather chairs in the waiting room and I won't mind sitting and waiting when my vehicle gets serviced.
The finance manager was wonderful as well as Ethan Harrington who spent almost two hours showing me how my new car works and all of the bells and whistles. He even put in the new mats for me and switched out the license plate holder upon my request. They really left no stone unturned.
I'm happy to be part of the Premier BMW family and will continue to purchase my future cars from this dealership. Anyone considering a BMW should visit this dealership and ask for Tim Muldoon, you'll be happy that you did!
In 2015 I bought a new Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium at Atlantic Subaru in Bourne. I loved my new car….it was everything I wanted in a new car. It had plenty of room to transport all my partner’s antique treasures as well as yard sale finds. It had the all weather package that included heated seats which my partner, who is not from New England but from Perth, one of the hottest places in the southern hemisphere, loved. On the other hand, I loved the Eyesight feature as well as Starlink. I was not thinking of buying a new 2018 Forester but Atlantic was having Promo in the month of December and I thought I might explore some options. Working with the management team, they set me up with Joe Stanley, one of their salesman. Within minutes I knew Joe and I were going to hit it off. He listened to me, understood what I wanted and at no time was he “pushy”. From beginning to end, Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did not pressure a sale, nor did he make me feel rushed into a decision. He worked with me to get the most for my trade-in as well as a good price for the new car. I must admit, I did go to several other dealerships to compare what they would offer. In the end, I came back to Subaru Atlantic. I felt more than comfortable doing the deal with Joe. Caleb, in the accounting office, was also excellent at discussing all the options I had. Well done, Subaru Atlantic, you have earned my trust.
Traded my 2018 330i for a 2019 430i convertible. They didn???t have one available with the options and color I wanted so Ben tracked one down for me that was just off the boat from Germany in New Jersey headed for another dealer. From the time Ben snagged it till I received it was just one week. My girlfriend bought a 2018 X3 from Ben because she liked the quality and options in the BMW???s better than her brand new Lexus RX 350. Ben is an excellent salesman and representative for Premier BMW. Joe Laham is lucky to have him!
I had been in the market for a car for about 2 months. I was undecided as to which brand I really wanted. I visited several dealerships to test drive new and used vehicles. Upon visiting BMW of Cape Cod, I was fortunate enough to meet Ben. He was extremely helpful in explaining to me the different "X" versions (X1, X3, and X5). He allowed me to test drive each model back to back so that I could appreciate the nuances of each one. In the days following, he followed up with me but didn't "stalk" me which I appreciated. Ultimately, I chose a used X5 and purchased the car today. Brandon walked me through the basics of the vehicle and focused on the aspects that were important to me. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive! I will be going back to the dealership in a few days for another "lesson". Brandon provided me with his card and encouraged me to call or email him if I had any questions before my next lesson. Being in sales (real estate), I appreciate client service. At the end of the day, it's what makes the difference between a mediocre experience and an excellent experience. I was very pleased with both Ben and Brandon throughout this process.

Just bought my first BMW ever, at Cape Cod BMW. I was looking at purchasing a new Honda and thought I'd first take a quick look for certified pre-owned BMWs. Found a great certified 2015 BMW 328i GT xdrive with very low miles at Cape Cod BMW and at a very competitive price. James, Chad, and the entire staff at the dealership made the experience hassle free, and have continued to be friendly and responsive after the sale as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. :)

Wow! Where to start. This car is fully loaded and the most comfortable rideI have ever had. Lots of head and leg room. Great gas mileage. Friends are very surprised to find they can control the air and heat in the back seat themselves. If you want an outstanding car I would definately recommend a BMW 330i. And if you want to get a great deal go to Reeves BMW Tampa. They are outstanding.
This is my 5th 3 series and my favorite so far. BMW has come a long way with technology and has created a vehicle that is a great blend of performance, luxury and modern tech. I miss the 6 cylinder engines from the “E” platforms but this thing is very quick and the turbo 4 sounds pretty good. Best interior yet and just an overall great car.
