Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. We tried going the private seller route and even going to car dealerships around town, but it was a big waste of time since other dealers have high pressure sales and hidden charges such as dealership fees or accessory fees. Then we had the issue of private sellers not being upfront honest about their car's history or actual ownership of the car. Just to many obstacles getting a good deal with them private sellers and other dealerships. I finally heard about Hertz Car Sales through a youtube video of someone saying the pros and cons of buying through rental car companies and they mentioned Hertz Car Sales has the best deals you can find. We went to the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance website and found the cars we liked at a reasonable price below what other dealers and private parties are selling them for. Apparently Hertz sales their cars significantly cheaper than what Kelly Blue Book lists them as. The best thing I like about buying our cars here was that the prices are listed upfront and their is no haggling, no pressure, and no hidden fees. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Overall I want to thank Tammy Watkins and the rest of the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance team that helped our family buy 2 cars in the same week. If you are going to buy a used car, Hertz Car Sales is a must. I bought a Mazda 3I sport in prime condition. My sales person, Tammy Watkins, was very helpful, knowleagable, pleasant to talk to, and very low pressure. I test drove 3 cars and could have test driven as many as I wanted without feeling as if she was getting annoyed. The car's price was at the lower end of the Kelly Blue Book. The car had a few scratches in it, but the Manager, Miguel Galindo, was more than happy to take care of that, and he gave me a very good extended warranty price. Cars here have higher mileage, but they are well maintained and priced well. I highly recommend Hertz.

This is my second 5 series. I love it just as much as my last one. They have made many improvements to the navigation and other onboard technology.
It is a really a dream machine. Smooth handling. Smart responce.the car is smart and is always communicating with me has the road condition changes. Car interior is beautiful and comfortable.
I'm a BMW fanatic...I've owned multiple M package cars and currently own an M4. One of the main reasons I go to this dealer is my service adviser DAN! He is super knowledgeable, and provides outstanding service every time i go there. He took care of my car issues and i'm very satisfied. Thanks DAN!

The car has all the bells and whistles.
Pro: More than I can type here.
Excellent design and style.
First, the 530xi performs smoothly on the road. The 4-cyclinder turbo has the pickup of a 6-cyclinder, with the gas savings of a 4-cyclinder. You can hit 80-90 mph and think you are doing 60 mph, even with the heads-up display (HUD) showing the speed.
Second, the Harmon sound system offers beautiful surround sound even at the low setting.
Third, the seats are a bit to get used to but once you have it for a few weeks you realize how comfortable and ergonomic they are.
Fourth, display is awesome, you can see multiple screens from the home view, do a split screen of your favorite view, or just have a full 9-inch view of whatever you desire.
Fifth, the HUD is so clear compared to the 2016 X3. It shifts from amber at night to a bright white for day time viewing. It display the speed you are going against the stated road speed; it shows the navigation route; and it displays entertainment options.
Sixth, the voice control system has dramatically improved, I have a slight dialect so the old system was a challenge, the new system picked up my speech pattern after three tests, now I can input directions, change stations, and make calls without the system asking me to repeat several times.
Seventh, the touch-screen is user friendly. You can swipe left or right to choose any display option available. Still working the bugs out on the ability to wave my hand to turn the volume up or down, but that is not an issue since that can done on the steering wheel.
Con: Just a few.
First, they moved some of the buttons around on the 2018. It is hard to get to the preset buttons if you have a tall drink.
Second, they put Pirelli tires on the 5-series, why I do not know. The 5-series is a luxury vehicle, Pirelli tires are performance tires. The road noise can be somewhat loud.
Third (minor), they took away the electronic leg seat extender. The 2012 528i that I traded up for, had a separate button to adjust the leg seat extender, which for a woman that wears heels was excellent, now I have to adjust manually and sometimes cannot get the correct position because of the variation of slotted positions.
So, even with the CONs I love my choice of the 2018 530xi. Just have to watch those tickets.
I am beyond thankful I came across DCH Gardena Honda. I knew exactly what I was looking for in a car, specifically a Honda Accord, when I began searching in early June. Long story short--I went to multiple dealerships, did my research through multiple avenues, test drove, and got incredible quotes. Unfortunately I was not given proper attention at any of the other dealerships I went to and was even told to pretend I'm color blind to settle for a car I didn't want. I knew exactly what I wanted and found that this car might not exist. I then reached outside my local area to give DCH Gardena Honda a call & salesman Kent Argue ended up answering my call. Their website said they had the exact car I was looking for & I asked him if they truly had it on their lot, & I let him know I have done my due-diligence in research, calling dealerships, visiting them, & getting quotes. I let him know what the best offer I received was & he told me he'd do what he could. I got a call back within two minutes & I was prepared for him to say they didn't have the car anymore (which I had been told from other dealerships as well). Instead Kent called me back with an even better price for the EXACT car I wanted & I told him I'd be there in an hour. Gardena isn't especially close to me so he wanted to make sure it would absolutely be there for me when I got there, & it was. When we got there all of the salesman at DCH Gardena Honda were SO nice and none of them made me feel like I was about to get swindled. All of the other dealerships we went to would leave us feeling disgusted. Not the case here at all. All of the salesmen & women we came across were so nice & very hospitable. Kent is THE BEST! He was literally the first salesman to talk to ME. He also talked to my husband, but he acknowledged that this car was for me & I was going to be the one making the decisions on this car. Respect goes such a long way. Kent not only has respect but he is also so kind & patient, makes sure your experience is as stress free as possible, & that we leave with exactly what we came there for. Which we absolutely did. I left the dealership that day with my beautiful car, a personal demonstration of everything inside my car by Kent with a walk through of every feature on the car's wheel & dash. He provided us with his cell & told us to contact him about anything & everything I needed even after leaving the dealership. Unfortunately a few days later we saw some "rail dust" on the paint of my white car (we've never owned a white car & after doing some research realized that this is common on all cars, but especially visible on white cars). However since this was a new car to me, we reached out to Kent & asked him what they can do about this. I ended up driving my car back to Gardena where Kent looked at the car, saw the "rail dust," got the manager's approval to get the car to detail where they attempted to get the rail dust removed. I was there for a little while, enjoyed the leather seats, TV, & was checked on & updated by Kent on the constant. I checked the car out 2 or 3 times & wasn't content with the results just yet, so they said the only way they & I would be happy with the results is if they do a clay bar treatment. Because this would take around 4 hours Kent personally drove me to Enterprise to get me a rental car for a day & come back. I came back the next day to find Kent personally buffing out my car. He told me he had been buffing out the last details personally for the last hour. It looked GREAT! Ultimately Kent is amazing & I couldn't be happier with our purchase from DCH Gardena Honda. I recommend you ask for Kent!

Great service ( Scott Zamorano ) the mechanics on the shop are top of the line, i’ve visited the dealer a couple of times, i have no complaint about anything, not even the price, ( sometimes you take your car to “cheap” shops,) but i found out that most of the time it is way more cheaper to take the car to Long Beach BMW, i end up paying way more when i take my car to places where they practice mechanics with it, don’t take the risk, go for the best, LONG BEACH BMW. Outstanding experience from the initial phone call, to the front door greeting and every encounter throughout. The employees and staff were welcoming, friendly, informative and competent. We are from the SF Bay Area. We had a flat en route to a cruise departing from Long Beach. We called the 800# and were assured the 'run flat' tire would make it to the cruise port in Long Beach in time. It did. Once we returned from the cruise we called BMW roadside assistance who directed us to BMW Long Beach and these guys and gals were incredible. My wife and I would like to give special kudos to Sovann (who took our phone call and provided service above the call of duty) and Brian Woolverton, who walked us through every stage of the process with professionalism, personality, and compassion. In fact, we encountered about 7 seven employees that day and each of them were as warm, friendly and helpful as the first. It was like they were in a nice contest.
In no time, after coffee and donuts, we were on the road back to the Bay with a new tire, freshly washed car and smiles on our faces saying to each other, "Now, that was outstanding customer service!"

It met my wife's expectation right away. The night blue Dakota leather seating really compliments the bluestone metallic exterior. It's filled with so much technology that it sets a new bar. It's also very quiet and handles the road well.
After driving Audi’s ( A8, S8, A8l and Q5) I felt I earned a more luxurious car. I got all the luxury I could possibly expect but I was especially excited about the performance. Quiet,fast from a stop,sporty handling and especially the all wheel performance. I feel proud, safe and special in my new ride. Thank you for your excellent work in producing the best car I’ve ever owned.
This car meet all of my needs, best in-class premium sedan with all technology packages, safety features such as active blind spot monitoring, lane keeping assistant,360 degree surround camera, frontal collision warning, pedestrian collision warning and the most enjoyable part is the Harmon Kardon surfing system with 16 speakers.
It is hard to imagine what one would want in a car that isn't in this vehicle. Extremely smooth and comfortable, with great performance. BMW does a masterful job at manufacturing and helping maintain the vehicle with it no cost warranty service for 4 years.
Love love this car I’ve only had it for 2 weeks and it is GREAT I have the M package so the styling is sportier than the base , service is included had a Jag XF which the lease ended and I opted for this vehicle because of the poor service and horrible performance on that car,. I am so glad that I got this for my wife. The seats are so comfy the interior is so nice with oversized lcd screen and ambient lighting do yourself a favor and test drive it, I am sure you will fall in love with it like I have

I feel like I’m gliding. Quiet, smooth ride. Feels like I’m doing 45 mph when driving 70 mph. Interior is so luxurious. I’m well acquainted with the reliability of BMW.
It went fine. I received a recall notice for my Rav4, called and booked an appointment a few days before. Upon arriving at the dealership (my first time there) I was directed to a shorter line for people with appointments, which I appreciated. Kimberly took down my information, got my keys and told me it would take about 2.5 hours. This seemed pretty long, since I was waiting for the car. But it turned out to be only a little over an hour, which was great. They had a little bit of a mixup trying to bring my car back to me after the repair...that took about 15 minutes, but the repair got done and I'm happy.

I have been a faithful owner of 5 Series BMW's for the past 20 years. The car has never let me down! It drives and handles very well. The exterior styling is fantastic and the interior is comfortable and the technical gadgets are easy to use and I am not very savvy in that area either. Won't own anything but a BMW!
I had received an email a few days ago from Mike Tacho saying I may be able to get a new lease with all the year end incentives that were going on so I figured I would check it out (my lease at the time wasn't over until july 2017) I wasn't even expecting to get a new car yesterday but I came in and am now leasing the 2016 Hyundai Veloster (this is now my 3rd lease thru the company). I ALWAYS have a great experience with the people at Commerce Hyundai (honestly)...When I came in Mike was very friendly and got me a sales person (Russell) to go and look at the different cars. Russell was very friendly and cool. The thing I like about pretty much every employee there is that they come across authentic and honest when they are asked questions about the vehicles....and I never feel pressure which I really appreciate TREMENDOUSLY. Every time that I have come into Commerce Hyundai Arnold always remembers me from the first time that I came in to rent my car back in 2011 he always welcomes me back and helps with my leasing process...these people do business right! and i really appreciate that. Trust me I am the type of person that will tell it how I experience it. I really like their laid-back but helpful approach. I also like that they NEVER asked me to do a yelp review. When people do good business it makes people want to do a review....thats my experience in a nutshell with the company. I plan on continuing with this company for years to come
