I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and South Bay Lexus is one of the best! I am on my third vehicle from this dealership and every experience has only gotten better. I was lucky enough to work with Sam Ko on my most recent purchase. Not only was he upfront, and honest, but he did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying or leasing a car is a big life change/decision and having someone with you that you can trust every step of the way is truly invaluable. Sam you are the man and I wouldn't be in my GX without you. Thanks for everything!
Found the car in cars.com, called and talked to Mike, he was very informative and helpful.
Made an appointment to check out the car.
It was Mike's day off so Tristan helped us.
He was great, have us all the info we needed to make a decision.
We ended up buying the car from then and the entire process was so easy and smooth.
No sales pitch, no pressure at all, everything you could hope for.

I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, firstname.lastname@example.org late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
Great selection of the European cars I’m interested in. Everyone on the lot was very friendly and Alex took the time to answer all my questions about the car. They worked with me on my schedule since I drove from out of the area.
I strongly recommend this auto dealership! The staff were absolutely amazing, they were always ready to help and attentive as well. I came to Hawthorne Auto Square together with my husband for our first car purchase and we really love how they provided us the customer service we needed. Their price were cheaper that most dealers I ever been to and the salesman weren't pushy at all. I'm very satisfied with the car we purchased and we really love it! I bought a 2011 BMW 335i convertible from Carz4toyz. I saw the car online and even though I was over 2000 miles away, Alex was super helpful and helped me out on the transportation part. Tred was a great experience,for the test drive they had the owner of the car come meet me and he showed me the car and comfortably let me drive the car however I wanted. It was one of the best car experiences I’ve had!!!
My husband and I had the best experience while purchasing our Audi Q5 from Audi Pacific. Collin, Gino, Fady, Mike and Thomas were so helpful and so honest with what we were getting ourselves into.
We visited this dealership two times before our final trip to purchase our car. In between those visits we tried out other dealerships for options and had the worst experience at Audi Beverly Hills. It was so bad that as we left we called Collin at Audi Pacific and described our experience and made an appointment with him for the following day. Collin was more then happy to show us more cars and let us ask as many questions as possible and test drive a car as many times as necessary to make a decision. We never felt rushed or pushed to by a car at any time. When we finally decided on a car we called to make sure they wouldnt sell it before arriving and as we arrived the paperwork was ready and car was freshly washed and pulled up to the front for us. They even had our car windows tinted the same night which we greatly appreciated. We never had to sit an haggle or go through tons of papers that night, it was quick and everyone was so nice it definitely made it a good experience. We appreciate everyone's help and feel confident in coming back here for future purchases. When the Manager Mike said they had the best cars at the best prices he was definitely right.
Romeo was very personable and there was definitely no pressure. The transaction was pretty painless.
I had a number of issues with the vehicle within the first week of ownership. When I reached out to Romeo he met me halfway and covered one of the major issues. It was nice to get that kind of service after the transaction.
Just as a rule of thumb when buying a used car 1) do your research 2) pay for the cancel option 3) check the car see that door locks, windows etc all work and TAKE TO A MECHANIC and 3) was the car immediately.
You may not always get a Romeo who is willing to work with you after the fact.
Dwight Oh responded quickly and meaningfully when we went online to find a dealer wanting to lease a car to us. His response was clear and competitive as was his follow through.
Throughout the process he has returned phone calls quickly and provided the service we requested.
It has been a pleasure dealing with him and we plan to recommend him to other people we know.

We just bought an Audi Q3 from Audi downtown LA. Our salesman Taylor Ngo and his supervisor Kit Chieng were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. This was by far the most pleasant experience we have had a car dealership. I would definitely go back and recommend Audi Downtown LA!
