Great service, I would recommend this dealership too all my family and friends. The choice of different type of models and colors of cars is awesome. I went up there wanting one thing and could make my mind up. I didn't ask to many questions, cause I didn't want to be talked into something I didn't want. But with my observation I changed my mind. I'm for sure going back to get what I want. Great experience in all !!
the one thing that I just can't stand is being lied to. this dealer is honest and the prices are very good. now you might be able to save a few bucks somewhere else but this place is clean, professional and trustworthy. the repairs are completed on time and done correctly. I failed the brake safety test and took it to Tony Divino for repairs. they took all 4 tires off, inspected the brake system and put it back together and gave me the keys, a letter of inspiration and I asked what is the bad news, and was told that there was no charge since they did not do any work. Now that's the way to get my future business because when they tell me that something needs to be repaired, I don't even ask the price because honest is good enough for me and quality repairs are worth the price.
ps: I am 61 years old and know what things cost and I have never been surprised at this dealer. they are great.

So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. Live 2 hours away from dealer. Was able to do preapproval and estimated trdein value over phone & w/pics of car w/antonio, Kythe and Jonathon. Once there Jonathan was awesome. Eric the manager was awesome w/tradein. Mark did the financial portion. Went very quickly and answered ALL my questions. Overall was an amazing experience. Would reccomend to any and everyone. Top kudos got to Jonathon Conley went above and beyond. Got what i wanted and more!!!!!!👍🏻😀😀😀
When my trick wouldn't start they quickly found the issue and had a corrective action. The then found a coolant leak and a weak vacuum pump. They got the leak under warranty and worked with me on the vacuum pump. The truck is running great and stopping much better. I did not feel as if they were just looking for work that really did not need to be completed just to get more money.

We called to get service for my jeep because it was randomly needing a jump start. I didn't know what the problem was. We called and spoke with Brandon Cromer. He was EXCELLENT, from the start to the finish. Which was, I am happy to say, only OVERNIGHT! He arranged for my rental car and had it ready as I stopped in on my way home from work. It was too easy! The very next morning before I even left for work, he had already called us to let us know what the problem was (winch was wired wrong) got approval for the repair, and said I could pick my jeep up in the next 30 minutes!!! He was professional, polite and prompt and I left feeling like he really cared. It made my day and I want to share this experience because Brandon's above and beyond demeanor needs to be recognized. I asked for his card so I had his last name and share this experience. Thanks Brandon Cromer--I know who to call next time!!!
I contacted 10 different Ford dealerships online on November 9. I told all of them what vehicle I wanted (2019 Ford Fusion SE) so that I could compare apples to apples. My intention was to purchase by Thanksgiving (within 2 weeks). I asked all of the dealerships to provide me the window sticker and final drive-out price including TTL. I did not want to negotiate back and forth and waste hours of my life to save a few hundred dollars. I wanted to work with the dealership that gave me the best deal from the beginning. Jared with 5-Star Ford in Carrollton was great. He provided me the window sticker and price and went back and forth with me via email a few times to answer a few questions I had. He never pressured me and was very professional throughout the transaction. 5-Star Ford came back with the lowest price and beat the next best price by approximately $1,000. Yesterday, I went to 5-Star Ford and spoke with Jared. I saw my car for the 1st time and within 45 minutes, I was driving home with my NEW Ford Fusion! I could not be happier with this transaction. It was very stress free. Jared provided all the information I needed and did not bombard me with emails or phone calls. I will definitely work with 5-Star Ford (and hopefully Jared) in the future whenever I am looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I had a pleasant experience with Grayson Mini Store yesterday. Our Salesman, Cameron Henson was one of the best I have ever dealt with. Very professional, knowledgeable of mini cars and very polite to us. Went the extra step to find information we wanted and was helpful in every way. We learned he had only been with Grayson two weeks. We say keep him....a real asset to your dealership. The world needs more young professionals like him! He also followed up with a call regarding a service call this morning as he said he would. A very nice young man!
I recently purchased a new 2018 X1 from Westlake BMW. Jerry Mancini handled the sale and Mike Niedzwiecki the financials. Jerry was very honest, open and transparent through the whole sales process. I truly appreciated the time savings of just having a straight forward conversation on what works and what doesn't. Choosing the car, agreeing on a price and setting up pickup took an hour. I'm very happy with Jerry and the whole experience! The finance part was handled by Mike at pick up, equally as efficient and straightforward...took 30 minutes at most. Thanks Mike! My son found a car for me on the Rockville BMW website. I called and talked to Kevin who was very helpful, fair and knowledable. My son and I drove from Richmond VA to test drive the car. I ended up buying it and Kevin worked with me to allow an independent mechanic to inspect the car before purchase. I was able to drive it home that day! James was also fantastic and made the process very easy. Kevin followed up that evening to make sure we got home okay. I LOVE my new car!! (Any chance I can get a BMW t-shirt size large for my son for helping me find the car and driving 4hrs RT?? And for filling out this survey a second time since the first one didn't go through? 😊)

I usually utilize a different dealership because I work in a different state, but I have to say my recent visit to Wagner's service department has forced me to reconsider. My service advisor, Hank S, was outstanding, very informative and quick to proactively update and respond to any inquiries I had. Excellent experience.

This was a great experience for me, Finally being able to buy my dream car, a BMW 5 Series! Justin was great, he's every knowledgeable and he tells it like it is.
