I love everything about this car except that it doesn't have the satellite already active in it. I need to get it hooked up at the dealer. Would have rather went without wheels than satellite radio!!!

This car has such a smooth, quiet ride. There's plenty of pick-up and a ton of trunk space considering its a compact SUV. Perfect car for my husband and I as we start our family! Its safety rating is superior and for an SUV, the fuel economy is great!

This is a excellent vehicle, comfortable and a great drive. The seat belts are difficult to reach and road noise is a problem. Everything else is good.

Saturday I left with my new BMW lease vehicle. Stephen Cornell was very helpful in getting me through this process and explaining/detailing the options of the vehicle. I was shopping different SUVs and this process took more than a month in my research. I am very happy with the vehicle --know that I'll be back for help with all of the bells and whistles!! I recommend Stephen Cornell and Tom in the finance dept. They were excellent!!

The ride on my new X1 is superb and I live the interior! The windshield seems larger and the “creature comforts” make all the difference especially for those of us who live in cold climates. In addition I live all the tools that help you park and being able to open the trunk hands free is a big plus!

I recently traded in my car for an Acadia. I found it online and was able to do most of the talking over the phone with Anthony Hines, who gave great customer service. I drove 4 hours to the dealership, met with Anthony and was able to finalize the purchase. Throughout the whole process, everything went very smoothly and Anthony always had a friendly, helpful attitude. Kyle Gustafson with Finance was also great to work with, giving lots of information on services but never pushy. Great team to work with!

I really enjoy my X1 and have had zero issues with it after nearly 3 years. The seats are a real joy with excellent lumbar support. Far more spacious than the Audi and Porsche at a lesser price point. Bmw knocked it out of the park in my opinion. For all of those loyal to the 6 this little twin scroll 4 won’t disappoint. A few more features in more basic packages would be nice. I have only found one hiccup, the hands free tailgate sensor is a little to reactive and can close on you at inopportune times.

Everything feels solid, and well built. It is very comfortable, and in Sport mode has plenty of get up and go. It also has a Comfort mode, which is great for every day use; and an Eco mode which I don't use much (as it makes it feel underpowered). The iDrive system is easy to use and intuitive; and the warrantee seems to be better then most.

I went to test drive a few used cars. All of the sale persons I spoke with had a great deal of knowledge and did not pressure me into anything. They gave me enough space and time! I did not purchase a car, but had a very good experience.

I think it’s one of the best all around vehicles you can buy. Some are faster, some carry more cargo and some may be fancier but this has a bunch of all of them including being a luxury vehicle with excellent gas mileage. Plus the price is very reasonable. BMW hit a home run.

Customer for life! I've always knew the people at Cornerstone were fine trustworthy Christian people but my recent experience with them only cemented that view of them even more. Over Christmas of 2015, our 2008 GMC Acadia had a transmission issue while we were traveling throughout the Midwest. We limped our vehicle to a GM dealer only becasue we thought it would be covered by the GM warranty - Boy were we wrong! After three days at this competitor, they told us the problem was not warranty related and that the bill would be $2,500! needless to say I was beside myself and I took my Acadia over to Cornerstone that quoted me $1,900. After a week in the shop at Cornerstone, I got the shocking phone call from John telling us that it was, in fact, a warranty issue and they had their GM people take care of the problem - NO CHARGE!!!!!!!! These fine Christian people at cornerstone went the beyond the extra mile to ensure that we were treated as if we were one of the family. I will never not go to anyone else for my auto repair. Let's just say that there are such things as Christmas Miracles!!!!! Cornerstone is the greatest!!!!!

Good vehicle for regular commuting, I like it and it comes with all needed for winter driving as well as summer driving. Still need to drive more to get a good understanding of the car before giving high rating.

This car is exactly what I was looking for. It it gets any better I would be shocked! The interior is just wgat I was looking for to suit my picky wants.

I love that you are given the choice to choose economy, comfort, or sport driving options. Sport uses more gas but has the best pick up. Economy is great for highway driving.

This car met my expectations. It has a beautiful interior design. Big sunroof, spacious, plenty of legroom in front and back. It also has a hidden compartment at the back to keep some valuable stuff. Smooth ride and great sound system.

The car meets my needs. Rides well, doesn't have all the bells and whistles like my previous car, but it has enough. I would recommend this car if you are looking for an SUV.

I could not be happier with my purchase, with my sales person Craig Haggerty and Kyle the Finance Manager. People who know me, know that I am very particular with my car - from inside out, down to every single detail of my car. I was known to trade in a barely one year old car for the exact same model just because I was tired of the color and the placement of the cup holders. To sum it all, yes, I am picky, very picky, even with my sales person. :) I bought my first 328xi brand new from another BMW dealership 8 years ago. And I bought a 2014 CPO 328i xDrive from Craig this time. But my excitement and experience are comparable to heaven and hell for both time. If it was not because the other dealership had the car I wanted back then, I wouldn’t had wanted to deal with them at all. Craig and his team had totally changed my mindset on BMW dealerships. My car broke down on Saturday night and I had spent all day Sunday looking for a “decent” CPO 3 series and couldn’t really find one that I like. I was a bit panic because I am not planning to fix an 8 years old car and really want to buy a car by Monday, not Tuesday, Monday! Finally, I narrowed down to 3 cars that are located at BMW of Minnetonka and 2 cars at the other BMW dealership, still, without much excitement. As those are not really my type of cars if given I have more time to shop. I decided to stop by BMW of Minnetonka first and really hope I will end up buying my car there so that I don’t need to stop by somewhere else. Don’t get me wrong, I like the service department at the other dealership, just not their sales team. Craig greeted me with friendliness that you couldn’t expect from the other dealership. I showed him the stock numbers for the cars I have found on their website. The one that I really have high hope for, turn out it has some flaws that was a deal breaker to me. The other two were the type of cars I know I would regret buying the second I sign the paperwork. We have checked out about 6 cars and still couldn’t find the one I like. Before I thought of telling Craig I might have to check out the other place, he came running and told me he might have a car that I like and meet the monthly payment I have in mind. Just like any good sales person should, he listen to my wants and needs even when I thought I was just mumbling to myself. To my surprise, he even know what I am looking for without me actually saying it. Just like he knows I am picky without me even showing it. :) The car was still in the process of detailing when he showed it to me, so I didn’t really have any expectation besides the body looks flawless, which will be a deal breaker to me IF it wasn’t. I know, it is a used car, what should I expect, right? I expect flawless. :) Long story short, I am beyond impressed when I finally get to see the car in broad day light and drove it! At that point, I wasn’t sure if I have fallen in love with that car or with Craig. It IS the car I was hoping to find and never thought I could find one in such good condition plus all the extra bells and whistles that I thought would cost an arm and a leg. Low mileage, Cold Package, Premium Package, Sport Steering wheel, Navi, spotless body with really good price! On top of that, Craig and his manager offered me a pretty good price on my trade without me doing all the negotiation. On top and on top of that, Craig took some money off the listed price without me even asked! I hate price haggling. But buying a car without doing so just doesn’t make sense. This time, I did something that totally make no sense – I didn’t haggle, I didn’t even try. I would be ashamed of myself I did. One of the things I hate the most with buying car is the finance guy. They will try to convince you to bubble wrap your car with all the extra warranty, packages and etc etc etc. But not Kyle! He is funny and very friendly. No pressure, no sales pitch and very easy going. Thank you so much for your help, Craig!

I got in love with this car, when I drove the same model, as a loaner car to San Diego. This is the most comfortable I have ever been driving a car on a long trip. The car has plenty of room to relax your legs specially on long trips. It has a double compartment in the trunk where you can fit extra luggage. I really love this car.

Salesman tried hard to find us a nice used vehicle within our price range.

I have only had the car for a couple of months so don't have a lot of experience with it. Car seems reliable. Handles corners like no other car I have owned. Starting to go from a complete stop seems different from other vehicles but think its something I just need to get used to. The information screen lacks compared to other vehicles but is still good. So far we are happy with the car. Love the gas mileage. We do mostly city driving and are getting an average of 25MPGs.

Been driving the car for a few days now and fall in love with it the more I drive it! I love the Parking assist! Its CRAZY what technology can do nowadays haha! Overall, very comfortable! I wish they made back window a but wider and I’m not to fond of where they placed cupholders but other than that, no major complaints!

Just what we were looking for! Vehicle is basically in new condition! Vehicle is big enough that is won’t use a ton of gas. Has all the features that we wanted.

This is the best driving, best looking, most comfortable, best gas mileage vehicle I have ever owned and I have owned six in my life. All of the other vehicles were American makes. This is the first foreign make vehicle that I have owned. I am 6’ 6” tall and my wife is 6’ 0” and we both have plenty of space. Our two kids fit well in the back seat. Don’t let the exterior perception of the size mislead you. You need to sit in it and drive it to truly experience it. There is also plenty of space in the cargo area. It is a very nice vehicle with superior upgrades over the average vehicle.
