Originally had no intention of purchasing a BMW, however, I saw it at COSTCO, looked at the price and it was comparable to another make of vehicle on the same line as the BMW X2, but for a lower price. Knowing the BMW reputation, I decided to go look.

The BMW X2 is a joy. It is priced right and totally meets my needs . The German engineering and technical touches are a marvel. It is sporty and fun to dive, yet fuel efficient. Truly, a smart car in design and maneuverability.

From the first phone call to the new car keys being placed in my hand, it was the smoothest buying experience I have ever had. Over the phone Angel offered me the highest trade in offer for my vehicle, 800$ more than the Kelly Blue book offer sight unseen. Higher than the ones claiming to give you the highest cash offer. During the visit, not once did he try to increase the price of the vehicle or lower the offer on my trade in unlike other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Angel is a true professional and kept his word through the whole process. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from here. They have a customer for life. I give Angel and the service department 7 stars. highly recommend this dealership for your next new or used car you are looking for.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. This vehicle looks & feels cutting edge. The metallic orange looks unique and really stands out! Easy to drive, grabs the road with firmness, excellent for mountain driving, so much comfort that you hate to stop!

I've had good experience with Brandon as a service advisor and normally take my car to Mountain View BMW for service. Although it is a relatively old model, I still prefer to service it at the dealership when their Value Service cost is in the same ballpark of independent shops. Their technicians have been good and some really do thorough inspections, with video showing their findings.
