This is my third X3. They are SO comfortable, they are small enough to be fun to drive and big enough to fit an entire dorm room in the back, and they are the best cars in the snow and ice I have ever driven. I love the moonroof, keyless entry, heated seats, awesome stereo system — the list goes on and on. I drive 20k-30k miles a year, and I wouldn’t want to spend that much time in any other car. Such a pleasure to drive!
Comfortable smooth ride, lots of driver and front passenger room...better than the Porsche cockpit type front driver/passenger area. The steering is tight and easy to navigate which provides a excellent feeling of control while driving on the road. A large truck and tailgate area. The back seats are roomy and comfortable for 2-3 passengers.
The engine turbo provides great power when needed while driving and passing other vehicles...yet we get about 30mpg on the highway.

I've worked in the dealership industry for almost 6 years now, being 25 that's basically my entire career so far. I started, and have been with a top 10% store since day one so good service has come to be the normal for me. My salesman was John Bucher, an older gentleman that seems to care more about the customer than a commission check. (A rarity in today's market to be honest, given that most sales and service personnel are 100% commission.) He was pleasant to talk to, and easy to work with. He came from another career path, and seems to genuinely enjoy working at the store as a salesman. For being the only Manual CR-Z 13' and up in the area, I really was expecting pushy sales tactics and nonsensical add ons, all of which I've had to deal with indirectly before, on the other end of the table. MY finance guy, Adam, was also relatable, and easy to work with. I did not haggle price a whole lot, the car was what was promised, and already priced slightly below the going market for Manual low mileage CR-Zs I would highly recommend John, and I can personally certify that he is more concerned about you, than his check at the end of the month.

First, this is not the best vehicle I have ever owned. This is however, is one real nice SAV. It handles very well, good gas mileage and is comfortable to drive. I like the design and it can carry all my gear without any issues. The gear shifter takes time to get use to along with the different driving modes. I dislike the the run flat tires, I’m old school and sometimes change is tough. I love the safety ratings. Bottom line...I would buy it again.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is an excellent SUV with many options like an M-sport package, technology package, etc. It also has the best engine ever made: the 3.0 liter I6 from BMW.
I had just an amazing experience with everyone at Star Motors! I had not bought a car in over 10 years and was completely dreading the process. I knew what I was looking for and they just happened to have exactly what I was in search of. I bought my second Mini from them as I love this car. Finding the right fit is always a dilemma but there it was! Mike was my salesman and was completely helpful, patient, kind and just simply wonderful! Fil the financial man is fantastic. Extremely honest and helped me make the right decisions for me personally. Even the rest of the team at Star who were not part of my sale were super friendly and helpful! We were having great trouble finding a 2019 Bolt to purchase. We pretty well knew what we wanted but the dealerships we visited in the summer of 2018 were very unhelpful. Finally a friend who bought a Volt at Chevrolet at Naperville recommended we get in touch with salesperson Ms. Smith. She was a breath of fresh air - has owned a Volt, is extremely enthusiastic about electric cars, and very easy to deal with. We quickly set up an appointment to look at the Bolt in stock and were much impressed by the test track that Chevy of Naperville & nearby dealerships own. We tested both the Bolt and the Volt. Ms. Smith was very generous in the time she devoted to the test drives/driving lessons. Her knowledge of the cars was extensive and very helpful in making our decision to buy a Bolt. After this first meeting we felt confident that we were going to get the right car for us. Two weeks later we ordered the car from Ms. Smith & again she was very helpful in our decisions of exactly what to order. We felt no pressure to buy any particular add-ons, each of which she explained carefully & to our satisfaction. When the car came, she took a lot of time to review its features with us, making us feel that we knew the in's and out's of operating a Bolt. As is clear from above, Ms. Smith's professionalism was evident and made us very comfortable in making the purchase. She continues to be available to us as we have had follow-up questions. Pretty amazing! We didn't know what to expect when we started out this project. Ms. Smith was all that we could hope for in a salesperson. Our car-buying experience was excellent and gave us great confidence in our purchase of the Bolt. Her work was ably supported by Rob Lee and Carlos Santeliz, both of whom were also pleasant and professional.

I have owned the X3 for less than a month and it is a pleasure to drive. The 4 cyl. engine in surprising with good acceleration and attractive gas mileage. While the 6 cyl feels slightly more powerful, the the trade-off is minimal for better mileage.
Came in and bought a 2012 Prius c today - quick, easy, and they came down on their quoted price to meet my price range without hassle. Good experience.

This car is proving to be the appropriate vehicle for me. The navigational camera and driving aids as well as the ease and comfort of driving have increased my confidence on the road.
With 14,000 so far am very please with it. The ride is excellent, interior is tan leather, very good looking, out styling is peal very attactive, the engine has plenty of power ....

Back seat hard and uncomfortable. Small things went wrong. Maintenance waits long. After 4 years a must to get extended warranty and the thousands of dollars they want is way too much because parts and repairs are so expensive

Very well appointed and handles well. Beautiful interior with Mocha leather that I had been looking for. Heads up display is fantastic. Plenty of leg room in the back. VERY comfortable cabin with double moonroof. I have always wanted this car and it did not disappoint Went with certified pre owned for all the reason. Glad I went for X3 not X1 Happy!!
I came in around 5:30/6:00p and George greeted me at the door. Asked me a few questions and started recommending models that would suit my lifestyle right away. Asked me if I wanted to test drive the Optima along with another model. Tested the Optima, fell in love. Answered every question I had about the Optima (safety, price, quality) and also showed me where everything was in the vehicle (how to turn light on/off). Made my first car buying experience smooth and painless. I was out of the door by 8:30p with my beautiful new car! I would highly recommend this dealership! Best high performance SIV I have owned, better than my last Mercedes AMG! Only had one problem with rear differential axels causing vibrations. Took 3 months for German parts and repair, love the SUV except fir that and it was/is a design problem fixed in the 2019’s. Going to trade it in 2020 for new X3 “M” I hear is coming. Again great SUV only wished BMW would of let all us X3 M40i owners know of the design problem!!!
I went to have my car serviced at O’Hare Hyundai and everything was explained in detail, with patience and I didn’t feel like I was getting a sales pitch or obligated. My overall experience was great and pleasant and I would go back.

The most reliable car I used. You will never get tired of driving an X3. It gives you the feel of sports car and fulfills the family needs. I used this for over 4 years without any issues. And I am planning to buy the bigger model X5.
Bobby was our salesman, l found a car with everything we wanted on the vehicle. I've been looking at Cadillac's for months and every time we found what we wanted it was sold before we could arrange to get to it. I emailed the dealership the evening I found the vehicle, Bobby called the next morning as I had a few questions about it. Within 15 minutes after our first call he had my answers and we set an appointment to take a look at it. When we showed up to look, the car had been completely detailed and ready to go. As we were waiting on paperwork just about everyone working at the dealership stopped by Bobby's office to introduce themselves. My wife and I were treated with utmost respect the whole time we were there. I've never been treated that well at ANY dealership I've ever been too. I do not normally post reviews but I had to for this dealership. I have been searching for my dream car for over a year and have dealt with private sellers, low and high volume dealerships and some of the worst customer service you could possibly imagine. My search included over twelve states and twenty dealerships. I have to be honest, when I reached out to Ziegler my optimism was at an all-time low and I was ready to call it quits. I first made contact with Kyle Nagy from the sales department. Kyle was very prompt in responding and following up to my inquiries. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I made numerous requests and inquiries that most salespeople would have thought of as burdensome. Kyle always delivered and maintained his professionalism even in the most heated of discussions. When I returned to close the deal I noted that even Ziegler’s shuttle driver was a class act who shared a wealth of stories, pictures, and knowledge about cars. The *only* complaint I would have is that I was not informed that BMW ConnectedDrive would be discontinued on my car only a couple of months after my purchase. This rendered most of the safety features useless and absolutely would have been nice to know beforehand. Aside from that, I would recommend this dealership based on their promptness, professionalism, and inspiring inventory.

The BMW X3 has a great new design. The driving experience is wonderful and the sporty. The X3 has plenty of leg room in the front and rear. The car is sporty and always catching the eye of the crowd.
