Used 2022 BMW X5 for sale near Camp Pendleton North, CA

I had a great experience at BMW of Carlsbad. The staff was professional and Alexis made sure I would be informed throughout and provided me with a loaner car. The communication was excellent. When I came to pick up my car, Miguel let me return the loaner to him and made the check out service easy.

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Alexandra is excellent at listening and explaining job details. She has found me the best price for service. The service department is outstanding with the work being performed. I also appreciate the video walk through.

What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. As soon as you make appointment to bring car in for service, the customer service and follow up is amazing. They communicate when car is due to be completed and also keep you in the loop if there are any delays. I appreciate their service

Mario was extremely helpful, from when I test drove my car of choice back in February, when I ordered my vehicle, the updates he sent while my vehicle was being built, notification my car was finally ready for pick up, to the final buying process.
