The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.

i met John Oliveira 8 years ago he was so professional and kind with the most amazing personality ! we travel from Brooklyn to this dealership just to see him! we always know that John will always get us the best deal! i always highly recommend him to all my friends! thank you again for the most amazing car! First let me say that i normally don’t do this. My experience was so good that i had to. I first went to Great Neck for a different car and found out that it was already sold. No call no deposit from me so that’s completely understandable. Upon walking on the lot i came across my baby. There she was a nice yankee navy blue 2013 740 Li BMW with a caramel interior... I looked at the price and quickly thought i can’t afford this - or so i thought. Upon entering the building i was greeted by Mr Rick Rogers. He was very articulate and persuasive without being pushy. Straight off the back i could tell i was dealing with a seasoned veteran. So within our conversation he suggested that i take her for a spin and boooooy did i... Best test drive I’ve ever been on. All the amenities anyone can ask for. Luxury power performance and payment lol.. After my thrilling test ride it was time to sit down and talk to John the financial guru.
The first thing he said was i will get u where u need to be. That sounds great but what’s the catch.? There was none !!! Within hours i was driving my BMW off the lot and into my driveway.. My payments and insurance are within reason for my situation. Overall i had a GREAT car buying experience at Great Neck and i will DEFINITELY recommend them to all my friends... BTW this is a real person and story..!!!
I came in with less than perfect credit after being denied at another high end dealership. Many banks was offering me a loan with and APR of over 20%. Frank and John was able to obtain a loan for under 13%. I walked in skeptical and drove out in a high end Mercedes Benz of my dreams.
The sales ladies, Shirley Chen and Priscilla Tsun are excellent! They are very professional and explained everything very patiently! This is my best experience to buy a new car, and I will definitely refer them to my friends. I am glad that BMW have them as their employees!
Priscilla and Shirley are very friendly, we came in one Saturday and never got a hello welcome to bmw... we came across these two who came up to us and asked if we needed help. We were about to leave but thank god for these two ladies!! Had a great experience and became very good friends!
The entire experience exceeded my expectations at every level! The diagnosis and explanation were presented in a way that I understood exactly what was wrong with my car. Every single one of the staff members were professional, polite and respectful!
I was so impressed with how fast Al and his team worked to have my dream vehicle available for me the day I bought it. The salesman was very nice and willing to help me out, even staying late to show me more vehicles. Unfortunately, the vehicles had very basic problems (doors that didn't open, truck that wouldn't even shift into drive) that made me very leery of purchasing a vehicle there. If those obvious things are wrong, what ELSE is wrong that isn't obvious?
The finance team needs better personnel that is customer oriented and not out for a commission. I really like my car but will not be doing further business with this particular dealer. I should have gotten out of there when I saw another customer lose it with one of the finance reps on the day I went to make my purchase. They put a new rep Carlos, who was begging for me to give them 5 stars, supervised by another guy who was his supervisor who was worse with less knowledge of the details on the plans he was pushing by the name of Andrew. Had to get consumer affairs involved in my case as they would not return my calls.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Great experience love the new car Geury help me and yoahan finance and Mr Prado the manager, I buy Nissan versa 2017, I love this car.
