Arriving in Colorado after a cross-country drive, we needed a warranty service but has also developed a squeaky ball joint during our drive. From the moment we arrived at the dealer, we were treated professionally and courteously, including being given a loaner vehicle for five days. Because of difficulty getting parts, what should have been a one day service lasted five days. The dealer-through a service rep-kept us up-to-date twice a day, always assuring us that he would do all he could to keep the repair and service moving, that he would continue to check on part's deliveries, and that we should continue to use the loaner as needed. When we picked up our car, we received the same level of courtesy and professionalism. Importantly, the service fixed the problem and related problems that had arisen as a result. This is a first-class operation!
