It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Definitely not a cheap vehicle to purchase (new or used). Looking forward to not having to pay ever higher costs for gasoline in the future. The electronic sophistication will take some getting used to. Better not be afraid of technology if you are looking at a Tesla. It can be a bit frustrating to try and find the right screen but I'm sure it will get easier with time. Tesla's SuperCharging network has worked great so far, it is integrated into the GPS so when you enter a location it shows all the SuperCharging stations along the way and the range. Can usually get back on the road in less than an hour. Like the regenerative breaking system, rarely have to touch the brake except to come to a complete stop. Very solid and quiet. If you can afford one, definitely recommend it.
John was great in making my purchase a bit easier. They promised to bring car to me in VA and get moonroof deflector installed and neither happened. But, they did pay for an Uber to bring me out to them. Ended up missing work :( and stuck in rush-hour traffic but love my car!
excellent condition, very high tech, futuristic.

Owned this car for a year and a half and is in mint condition. comes with the charging cable .
Fully loaded with excellent features.
Replacing my review titled Be honest with customers. Cars.com doesn’t allow for easy removal or update of reviews. I fixed the issues with the car at my own cost. I had got the car at a good price anyway since when bought new it’s a car that costs over $100k. So I accept that, and since car drives great after the repairs think it’s appropriate to revise the ratings for Imperial Highline.
I May Never Buy Anything Else

I read a lot about the car before test driving it and buying it. Driving Tesla electric is a more cerebral task, as you can't fill up just anywhere. But once you get "range anxiety" conquered -- and the car helps a lot -- it's the most outstanding ride and driving experience ever. Amazingly quiet. Wonderfully smooth and gearless. Ferociously fast. So little maintenance or repairs. Autopilot -- still a work in progress -- is nevertheless impressive and very useful. The seats are so comfortable, though that is subjective. The very worst thing about the car is that everything else seems so crude once you are used to the Tesla. The second worst thing is charging on long trips, but it really isn't bad. (You use a bathroom, grab a sandwich, and you are usually about ready to go.) Tremendous safety test results. Extra trunk in the front ("frunk") because it has no engine. Of all the cars currently available, if I had to pick 1 to drive forever, this would be my choice without hesitation.
I bought a Q5 from Ken and he made the process very easy. I would recommend this dealership & more specifically Ken when purchasing a new vehicle!

From the head turning falcon wing doors to the exhilarating torque and acceleration that the all electric dual motors provide, this suv is a dream. With frequent updates, this car gets BETTER all the time. The Autopilot keeps improving and will some day fully drive itself.
I have owned a Land Rover. I have driven most car brands. Tesla vehicles definitely exceed the hype.
This SUV feels bigger on the inside, drives and accelerates like it's not big at all. The autopilot feature learns and gets better with time. The regular over-the-air updates from Tesla essentially improve your vehicle every few months.
Only downside: If you are very introverted and do not like attention from passersby who always get thrilled once the Model X Falcon wing doors open up, then consider a less exciting vehicle.
