I met Mr. Tipton at Sheehy of Tysons as a service manager. I had a lot of issues and concerns with the infinity I had which is now discontinued. Mr. Tipton figuratively held my hand with kid gloves to ensure my problems would be resolved. He is the reason I am in the Infiniti QX 60 today. I am more than pleased. i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

Marco was great, however somebody didn't check the range of my i3 BEV vs the distance from your shop, so that the car was delivered with less than 100 feet of range. I spent 2 days, and several hundred dollars getting the car mobile again. I expect better.
