Rick Hendrick BMW CharlestonReviews
Rick Hendrick BMW Charleston review
Due to an unforeseen accident my car was totaled.and I wasn’t sure on what I was going to do. However, I decided to check out Rick Hendrick BMW since I have purchased from them several times. Most of all I would love to thank Mr Jerry Pannell for his exceptional customer service, wisdom , knowledge and support! I had my 320i for 8 years and was having a difficult time processing the loss but ,Mr jerry made this such a smooth transition for both my husband and I during this difficult period. Thanks a million from the both of us ‼️❤️❤️

AutoNation Ford Orange ParkReviews
AutoNation Ford Orange Park review
Overall, I had a positive experience. The salesman, Mike and Gil were very easy to work with and never had any problem showing me the multiple trucks I wanted to see or test drive. KT, one of the managers was a pleasure to deal with. He had a ton of patience with me and was fun to work with. The process did take a while as I had moved to several different trucks, but honestly that is on me. The entire process in the end was really not to bad. The dealership is a no frills setup, which is fine, hopefully less money paid for the no frills, but the people I worked with were great. I would recommend stopping by if your looking for a new vehicle.

BMW of Monrovia review
I bought my BMW X5 from BMW Monrovia. Monica Perez was my sales person. She did an amazing job finding the right car I needed. She even found and added all the accessories and rims I wanted. If you’re looking for a car see Monica. She will make it happen and you will be highly satisfied with the result on the car you want!
2024 BMW X7 review
My car has most options that are available, I don't have the rear wheel steering only because it wasn't available to me at the time. Over all I love the drive, comfort and styling in and out. I wish they would have left the full size shifter instead of just a knob for shifting. Also on the rear doors they removed the courtesy door lights, you do have the lights that illuminate your path as you approach the vehicle. And it would be nice if when you order the trailer hitch you can steal use the kick to open the rear hatch. This vehicle has so many features that youtube can help with. I would buy another one.

Euro Motorcars DevonReviews
Euro Motorcars Devon review
A beautiful, well presented dealership in a nice location. Our sales representative was Philip P. , who was very personable and professional. We needed to purchase due to a vehicle accident that totaled our previous Mercedes Benz-an unplanned, stressful situation. He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will also note that we previously visited several other dealerships, both Mercedes-Benz and others. We travelled over an hour to visit Euromotorcars Devon. I will say that it is no secret that the quality of service can certainly affect the sometimes stressful experience of purchasing a vehicle. We are so happy that we definitely started our ownership on a positive note, which will continue to flavor our ownership of this vehicle into the future. Thank you Philip and Michael.
2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
I've been thinking about buying an electric car for a while but really didn't want a Tesla. I decided to call into BMW South to see what they had in terms of options. I was routed to Zac and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different options that they had. I wound up scheduling an appointment and stopping in later that week. Right off the bat I was very impressed with there EV offerings. Zac quickly helped me narrow it down to a few options and later that evening I took one home. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be back on the next one.

Woodhouse Cadillac of OmahaReviews
Woodhouse Cadillac of Omaha review
This dealership is the absolute best. They communicate well, take time to answer questions, update us with text messages. We bought our Cadillac from them and will never buy from another dealership. Shout out to Bev in the service department. We took our car in for an oil change but had noticed a few issues that needed attention. And within 24 hours all was well, I had my nice clean car back - yes, they washed my car - and I was reassured my car was in great shape. Thank you Woodhouse. You are the best!!! Highly recommend!!!

Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati review
What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. They even fixed a small issue on the van prior to me purchasing. I was treated way better than several other dealerships I looked at. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a car

Purchasing my vehicle was one of the easiest processes through Cortese. Rick was amazing, honest, did not push anything on me and was efficient. I will continue to go through Cortese Mitsubishi for future purchases as well as refer friends and family to Cortese!

2024 BMW X7 review
Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

I worked with Sterling Saunders, He made sure I got exactly what I needed and in the budget I had to work with. He was patient , kind and supportive during the selection and purchase. His attention to detail and genuine concern for my satisfaction was much appreciated. The showroom is beautiful and everyone I came in contact with were professional, efficient and a pleasure to meet. I am very happy with my BMW.

BMW of WaterburyReviews
BMW of Waterbury review
While driving on Rt.8 Northbound around exit 35 the car hit a large pothole and the tire was damaged. I was able to drive to BMW of Waterbury. As I entered the showroom an agent by the name of Emily assisted me. As I told her what occurred she immediately went outside to look at the car and confirmed a new tire was needed. She indicated she would check to see if they had the tire in stock that I needed. They did not, however they would have in the next day to fix. Immediately she asked where I lived, when I told her Shelton, her immediate response was no worry, we will have a driver take you home so you can get your other car. Customer Service at the highest level, with no computers or AI, just good old face to face communication which is a lost art today. The car was ready the next day as promised. Emily, job well done and thank you for taking care of our needs.
