Ann Anderson, Worked with me over a 3 month period to find the exact vehicle I desired a the most amazing thing was she wouldn't let me settle for a lesser vehicle. Her knowledge of the vehicles was exceptional, her professionalism was about excellent. This is the first time I've ever been this satisfied with my service and product.
Jordan Thoms was great. Very informative. Made the process very easy. I’d recommend Jordan to other new Auto buyers. The price was very fair for a 2018.
Have corresponded via email, internet, and telephone with Green. Very nice folks. Knowledgeable and persistent. No purchases yet but appreciated the representation at Green and in particular, Trina.
Recently, my family had the pleasure of dealing with Brad (our sales professional) at Green GMC. We had been considering trading in a three year old Yukon on a new one with a few more features.
We reached out to Green through the website and the trade evaluation tool on KBB. Got a real-time and most importantly fair trade on our then current GMC. Not believing the ease and fair trade, I contacted Green who directed the call to Brad. Brad said as long as we answered the questions honestly they would honor the presented online number, no question.
We explained to Brad my family wasn’t just ready yet and the difference to trade was a little more than we were comfortable with. Brad was very kind and understanding, I said keep us in mind if something significant changes to make it a more affordable proposition.
Brad last week reached out to us via text, our preferred communication method and explained he could do an additional 1,000 dollars off. Which we replied well 2,000 sounds better. Brad was able to find an additional 500 dollar rebate we qualified for! We explained we were still on the fence but now we’re in the right arena.
Brad was helpful, thoughtful and respectful as my family considered his exceptional offer for a few days. We made the 70 mile trip from Dubuque wondering how this would go... Would it be a bait and switch? Numbers too good to be true?
Nope. The customer experience provided by Brad started with a hand shake along with a brief test drive which was well executed. The team at Green took a quick drive and reviewed our trade, all fine. Sure enough, Brad was right on the trade was honored. Better yet the price of the new one was exactly as explained over the phone/email.
Our trip into the “back office” after we agreed upon the trade is where all the “magic” happens... VIN etching, pin stripe we have heard it all. The business office associate Gordon presented a few packages to extend beyond the warranty period, all were presented professionally. Most importantly Gordon was respectful of our choice to pass on those services. This although a bit time consuming was the best presentation we have seen of these services.
Brad was still around (now after officially closing) to meet us with the freshly detailed Yukon. Made sure we didn’t have any other questions and had everything out of our old truck. He left us with all his contact information and told us to let him know if we needed anything. We ended the experience with a hand shake before driving away in our new Yukon. Job well done Brad! The Green Team has earned a repeat customer and was efficient in getting us out in under 2 hours to buy a new car!
Awesome experience. Awesome price on the new one accompanied by a fair trade. We having nothing but good things to say about our experience. We will recommend to friends/family and will be back!

We are so happy with this vehicle. My husband is fourteen inches taller than me, and we can both drive comfortably. The Enclave shifts smoothly and there is plenty of interior room for passengers to ride comfortably as well transporting luggage. It handles well in snow and is very stable on the highway.
We wanted a reliable full size SUV that drives great, rides smooth, and fits in the garage. Buick covered all the bases.
Since moving to the Quad cities I had only purchased vehicles from one dealership. I was convinced I would not find the same or better level of customer service excellence at another dealership. I was very pleasantly surprised to be wrong. Stephanie Hebison is a true professional at finding exactly what someone is looking for. She is an honest and genuine person, and strives to match each customer to the perfect vehicle for them. I will continue to do business with Green because of my very positive experiences in this transaction! Thank you for a great car buying experience!
Tracy Jurevitz was awesome! Very easy. I came in not expecting to buy a vehicle but Tracy was so helpful, I was able to purchase one. Facility was very well kept and clean. Finance manager was easy to work with. I probably spent less than 1 hour total.
This was our first time to visit and purchase a vehicle from Green. Everyone there was very kind and professional. We went through Jim and he was great! We will definitely go back there again!

If you want to be treated like you are part of the family in one of the cleanest shops around, give Steve Lipkowitz my VW Service Advisor a call. He is always pleasant and extremely helpful. In addition, my most favorite mechanic is Mike G. I won't have anyone else working on my 2006 VW Jetta, TDI. I will always trust both of these men with my car. Would I buy another VW Diesel? You bet I will, even with the bad news VW has received. I have over 268k miles on my little Jetta and it's still going great! I have recommended Lujacks to others and will continue to do so, but I also mention Steve and Mike in my praises!! It's men like these two guys that make Lujack's the quality car dealer that it is. I originally purchased my car at another VW dealer and while on a trip out of town, I had to fill the car at a truck stop. I saw a sign that read E85 diesel. I called the original dealer, asked for the service dept to help me with this question. He came back after checking with the service manager and told me that E85 diesel was the correct fuel for my car. As I was pumping the fuel into my tank, I noticed another sign that said "Diesel around the corner". I stopped immediately, started my car up to go to the diesel tanks and it immediately quit. $5000 in repairs on my brand new car later to get the "wrong fuel" out of my engine, I called VW to let them know that I was given the wrong advice from one of their dealers! I will never trust that dealership or their service dept again (by the way, right after I bought my car, that shop switched owners). I have used Lujack's ever since!! They know what they are doing and take excellent care of their customers!!!

This car met all my needs. AWD, Comfort. easy to get jn and out of, etc.
Choose white and very elegant looking. Gas mileage is good for size of car.
I was greeted by Sarah, she had the best personality I could ask for! Being a girl it was so nice to talk to another girl about the struggles of trying to buy a car. She listened to me & offered me suggestions. I left feeling like she was my family. I can't wait to get my car from her!

I think the engineer was paid to save money on the front seat. Very uncomfortable. My dealer is doing everything they can to make front seat comfortable not GM .
I bought my truck from greens 2 weeks ago. I stopped in about 5 days prior to that after work. The staff was great they were curtious and helpfully and understood my work schedule sending me information durong time that iwas available and never during times I could not get to the phone they worked hard to get me the most truck for my money and never pushed or over sold me on anything it was a great experience and I will be back again. I would like to point out both Jon Brandenburg and Tim (I cant spell his last name) as both being very helpful and great people to work with to get a new vehicle. Thanks
