Kyle started the trucks to let them cool off before we did our test drive and let us go. Kyle was friendly, informative, knowledgable, and laid-back. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I recently had service done at Johnson's Auto Chevy dealer and it was the best experience ever. I heard about their "Quick Service" oil changes, so I thought I'd give it a try since I happen to be around Brighton. When I first pulled up, I was greeted by Ilene and Rob. They were very attentive to my needs, listened to me and had a genuine conversation with me. Within minutes of me going to the waiting room, they offered me water and let me know that my car needed an update, and that they would take care of it. To my surprise, it was much quicker than I anticipated, only 30 mins, in and out! No more days of dropping my car off of waiting for hours. I will definitely be coming back to get all my service needs, even if the drive is 45 mins away for me! It was quick, clear communication, very trustworthy and no-pressure. They went above and beyond and treated me with respect.

I couldn't be happier with the car I bought and the overall experience. First of all unless it means alot to you to be in a fancy dealership (keep in mind that you are paying for all of that glitz with hidden fees ) and to have a brand new vehicle (let someone else pay the depreciation) this is the place to get a low mileage, sporty, sharp car with no hidden fees. I wanted a mid size SUV and test drove 9 different cars at 4 dealerships and every time we got down to the numbers I couldn't get out of any dealership without being in the $20,000 to $24,000 range after taxes, delivery/handling fees and added on BS. One Nissan dealer added $1,900 to the price of the car with a "convenience package" that included a clear bra, tinted window and floor mats. Who is that convenient for? The sharpest Ride has the lowest delivery and handling fee I've seen and beyond taxes which we can't avoid paying there really were no other unnecessary charges. I got exactly what I was looking for-a top of the line 2013 Nissan Rogue SL with 37K for miles and I was WELL BELOW $20,000 out the door taxes and everything. My sales man Miguel R. was a pleasure to work with. I actually enjoyed this experience instead of feeling like I was being schmoozed and manipulated. Steve Cantrell took very good care of us. Our car broke down in Colorado Springs and we rented a car to get to Denver. Our car, a Chevy Tahoe with over 293,000 miles required a tow. We got a rental car to get to Denver for some appointments. We had no plans to get a new car. I went to Short Line as we had previously looked at Enclave's on the internet because of the mileage on our vehicle. I went to Short Line and Steve explained the difference between the Traverse, the Acadia and the Enclave. I did a test drive and really like the Enclave. I went to meet my wife with the rental car and then came back to look at Enclave's. Steve explained the difference in the models and then allowed us to go out and look at the various models and colors. Again we were not prepared to purchase a car but he worked with us to get our insurance cards, even though our vehicle was in Colorado Springs and assisted us in applying for financing. My wife's dad was a GM employee but we had no authorization code as we had not anticipated buying a new car. He worked with us to get all of the paperwork completed to buy the car and obtain the financing and explained we could get the authorization code later. He was very patient and understanding and did not pressure us at all to purchase a vehicle. I would highly recommend him to deal with any of our friends. without him we would likely not have a new car that we love.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Radio God awful! Won't start about once a month dealership can't figure it out with out it happening in front of them. So I can break down at anytime and Buick nor the dealership will show concern or responsibility. I have 40,000 miles on the car.due to the computer not showing any default they cannot show that the car is not working properly until I get stuck somewhere needs a jump. But once I jump the car it's fine for a couple weeks. Everything is testing 100% when I get it to the dealership. But obviously if it's not turning over and a jump is carrying the factor once a month give or take there's an issue. But the problem is no mechanic from the dealership nor Buick will come out to me when the issue occurrs. But I was told if a mechanic from the dealership goes in and looks at it and they cannot find it due to them being incompetent I will be charged for it. So it's okay for me to drive around in a car that does not work 100% efficient.

I???ll be honest I was a little hesitant coming to this dealership. Mostly because of it being so big and read some reviews that weren???t so hot to say the least. But after dealing with Frankie, my whole perspective changed. The car that I initially came into see was taken so he gave me a ton of options after he asked questions to find out what I was looking for. He ended up finding a car that was right in my price range and similar to what I came into see. He even came with me to see my mechanic to look over the vehicle. Through the whole process he was asking questions and making sure I was comfortable with him, the vehicle and what my gameplan was if deciding to purchase. I can't say enough about Kevin and the guys in the service department. I started coming to you when the dealer I bought my car at told me I would need to wait about 10 days to schedule and oil change appointment. Seriously??? 10 days to get an oil change done??? I don't like to go to the oil change places so when I remembered I trip to Echo Park car shopping with a friend. I went online and was able to get something scheduled that very day. What a difference that was to me. I decided I would never go back to that other dealership again. I have been fortunate with my car so oil changes are very important to me in order to keep my Honda in good shape and servicing me for years to come. On this trip I had just returned from a 4200 mile road trip across country. My service light came on 1000 miles from home and I was in drastic need. I was able to quickly get one scheduled that fit my life schedule. Something came up between scheduling and having my appointment. I was in a hurry to get things done. They were very honest with me by telling me it would take at least 45 minutes to get done. They set the right expectation with me. That's important for a busy schedule. When I arrived they were ready to go and had me out in about 45 minutes as promised.. and even washed my car! I work in Customer Service myself so setting the right expectation with your customers is important. The friendliness and great waiting area don't hurt either:) Thank you again Echo Park Service for another great experience.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

I worked off and on with Alpine in the multi month process of trying to decide which 3/4 ton truck worked for me. But I was never pressured and arrived at my decision on my time frame. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

They were extremely helpful when it came to getting the required service done on my diesel truck. Very straight forward when it came to pricing and informing me on what needed to be done and in addition what should be done to protect my truck and keep it running great. On top of the great service they provided me they are amazingly helpful in helping me get the hail repaired from the unexpected storm yesterday.

This Lone Tree location is my 'go-to' site for all my Chevy maintenance, even though I live closer to the Aurora Location. They are always nice, friendly, and eager to serve. I always wait for my vehicle vs. using the shuttle, so the amenities in the guest waiting area are always clean, with plenty of coffee & popcorn :)

Overall, my Buick encore all wheel drive is a nice ride. However, my general experience with the auto stop technology is not good. Within two years, the auto stop feature caused my brand new battery to die, leaving me stranded On a major roadway in the middle of rush hour. Great small SUV with all the latest in technology. I get great gas mileage 38 on the highway and around 32 combined. Has adequate pickup; Buick sales rep told me about Trifecta performance tuning which livened up the vehicle. (optional aftermarket engine trans tuning software)

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

I drove the Buick Encore Essence 2017 with sun roof during a 10 day stay in Arizona for vacation. I originally rented a Nissan sedan but they were out so I took 'the blue SUV'. I was 5 miles north on route 17 when I noticed how quiet the ride was. Then a text came over the Android Auto, which I didn't realized I hooked up by connecting the USB cable to the charger. I found the interior to be very intuitive. The long ride from Phoenix to Sedona was very enjoyable the heated steering wheel and seats plus motorized drivers seat. The pick up climbing the mountain grades was easy as was passing trucks and cars. It doesn't have crazy horse power by any means by it performed fine. The keyless entry and start were great since I was always carrying backpack and gear, no fumbling for the keys. Then I drove back down to Phoenix for 5 days and it handled the off dirt roads to the trail head fine. I came home and 2 weeks later I traded in my loyal Subaru Impreza wagon that I had for 6 years. I enjoyed the Impreza but it has a CVT trans and I wanted to drive a traditions auto trans. The Encore has 25 MPG +/- and I'm ok with that. I purchased the AWD as I live in Massachusetts and NO... FWD with snow tires IS NOT the same thing. So test driving a car for 10 days informed my of how the car runs on average and when snow came in January the Encore handled great with the AWD. Four months owning my Buick Encore Essence now and very happy. It is small on the inside, about the same cubic storage dimensions as a Subaru Impreza Wagon but the off ground height is also what I wanted in my next car. It has great head room, leg room and the leather seats are ALL leather and stitched great, not pleather or 'leather trimmed'. Back seats can squeeze 3 adults but 2 adults for comfort, same beautiful leather seats in back. Soft touch materials, nice dash, nothing flashy but more classic and understated. I added OEM chrome side body molding and chrome wind deflector as well as custom rain guards. Now my car is my own. The aluminum painted grey wheels are awesome too. Very happy!

Steve Cantrell took very good care of us. Our car broke down in Colorado Springs and we rented a car to get to Denver. Our car, a Chevy Tahoe with over 293,000 miles required a tow. We got a rental car to get to Denver for some appointments. We had no plans to get a new car. I went to Short Line as we had previously looked at Enclave's on the internet because of the mileage on our vehicle. I went to Short Line and Steve explained the difference between the Traverse, the Acadia and the Enclave. I did a test drive and really like the Enclave. I went to meet my wife with the rental car and then came back to look at Enclave's. Steve explained the difference in the models and then allowed us to go out and look at the various models and colors. Again we were not prepared to purchase a car but he worked with us to get our insurance cards, even though our vehicle was in Colorado Springs and assisted us in applying for financing. My wife's dad was a GM employee but we had no authorization code as we had not anticipated buying a new car. He worked with us to get all of the paperwork completed to buy the car and obtain the financing and explained we could get the authorization code later. He was very patient and understanding and did not pressure us at all to purchase a vehicle. I would highly recommend him to deal with any of our friends. without him we would likely not have a new car that we love.
