My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

I can only speak of my experience at Gordon Chevrolet at the Service Department. Coming from a family of mechanics and being a wife of a mechanic us women know how sceptical we are about dealerships fixing our vehicles and over pricing things or taking advantage of a woman. When I first came into Gordon Chevrolet for service on my Chevy Cruze I had that mind set. When I got to the counter I spoke with a service representative his name was Bradley Pouliot, Brad #1 for short (lol). He introduced himself and ask how could he help me. I told him my story about my car and what it was doing and also told him nothing was going to be done without consulting me in turn I would talk to the husband. He said that was perfectly fine and that is what he was going to recommend anyway. At that point I was a little shocked, not what I expected from a dealership. So they checked out my car and he came back to let me know the results. He told me that it was my dicision and if I felt like I need to get a second opinion that I was welcome to do so, the important thing was that I need to have a safe and dependable vehicle, and that only I could make the right choice. He have me other options let me know If I took those options what needed to be done along with a diagnostic to take with me. I called my husband and told him everything in which he confirmed was the truth so he was surprised the price was as low as it was. You seen my husband already checked the car before I went which he didn't tell me and if he had the free time could have done it himself. So I decided right then I would only bring my vehicles to Brad at Gordon Chevrolet. It was because he was a down to earth people person that showed he cared about the customer more than anything and understood if you didn't have a lot of money at the time explained what was the most important to fix first. He out himself in your shoes. That day my car couldn't be fixed I had to go to work and I was stressing out but Brad say me down and said I didn't have to worry because he had a rental ready and waiting for me to use until my car was fix. I said I can't afford it . He said don't worry you are still under warranty this is on us. I asked how much the rental would normally cost (this has been a whole ago) I think he said It was $25 or $35 a day. Which to me that was cheap if you were to go to a rental company I do believe they charge more. I have been a customer ever since because no matter how little the problem like a valve stem cap missing you tell him about it and he will make it right. I'm glad Gordon Chevrolet has people like Brad with family values and that is what makes a company real people that can listen and put themselves in your shoes. Thank you Brad and Gordon Chevrolet

When I woke up on Friday, I didn't anticipate purchasing a vehicle. My wife's car was in need of some serious repairs so we made the decision to replace rather than deal with that. Since we had out of town plans, we needed a car quickly. The guys at Autoline came through for us. I showed up at 7:15 PM on a Friday evening, met Chip Bates, and he showed me the couple of cars I wanted to see. I decided on a 2014 Ford Expedition and Chip did a great job expediting the process and getting me in and out about as quickly as possible so I could return home and pack to head out of town. Radio God awful! Won't start about once a month dealership can't figure it out with out it happening in front of them. So I can break down at anytime and Buick nor the dealership will show concern or responsibility. I have 40,000 miles on the car.due to the computer not showing any default they cannot show that the car is not working properly until I get stuck somewhere needs a jump. But once I jump the car it's fine for a couple weeks. Everything is testing 100% when I get it to the dealership. But obviously if it's not turning over and a jump is carrying the factor once a month give or take there's an issue. But the problem is no mechanic from the dealership nor Buick will come out to me when the issue occurrs. But I was told if a mechanic from the dealership goes in and looks at it and they cannot find it due to them being incompetent I will be charged for it. So it's okay for me to drive around in a car that does not work 100% efficient.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. After sending an email to Nimnicht Chevrolet I was contacted by Mike Gantt, a salesman there. I went in without an appointment, and Mike proceeded to show me the car and take it for a test drive. The car, a 2013 Mazda CX-5 was in pristine condition, and for me, it was love at first sight. During the test drive Mike proved to be very knowledgeable about the car, even though it wasn't a Chevy. I had done considerable online research on that particular make, model and year and had a firm idea of what a fair price should be and how much I would be willing to pay. However, the paperwork affixed to the car's window did not have the car's cost. Once we were in the office, Mike was joined by a Manager "because only a manager could determine/discuss price". Mike, literally, took a back seat while the Mgr. and I began a back and forth discussion during which I made it clear that I was not going to purchase the car during that visit, but rather, would go home and do a bit more research on cars at other dealerships, Eventually, I was given an Out the Door price of $15000, pending other approvals by management. . (Out the Door includes all taxes titles and fees.) With the Manager's assurance that the $15000 price was firm, I went home. After 2 hours of research and calls to other dealerships, I confirmed that the $15K price was more than fair. That same day, I called to say I was coming back to purchase the car, and was told that the Mgr. had made a "mistake", and the cost would now be $16K. Needless to say, I did not buy a car that day. Next day I was called by yet another mgr. who, when told about the previous day's "price hike", said he'd look into it. Mike also called to offer an apology and attempt to have the price reduced. In the end, 3 days later, I did buy the car for.... $15750. This was still a great price, especially when looking at the comps from other dealers. However, I feel that Nimnicht should have honored their initial offer to me despite THEIR manager's "mistake". After all, that price was determined by Nimnicht's employee, not me. However, Mike Gantt and his transparency and concern throughout were noteworthy and appreciated. And only because of his professionalism I recommend Nimnicht with the caveat: do your homework BEFORE going into the showroom and hope that the dealership shows just a bit more integrity going forward.

Having had a 2010 Ford F-350 6.4 L diesel as a 5th wheel tow vehicle since new, I began researching a replacement during the winter/spring 2017. By the time I had finished my research and decided on the GMC Sierra 3500HD, Crew Cab, Long Bed, DRW, it was late June 2017. I knew that production of the new 2018 models would begin soon, so I began contacting GMC Dealers in my area ??? Southeast Georgia ??? Northeast Florida. Roughly the first of July, I used the GMC ???Build & Price??? website to spec a 2018 Sierra 3500. I sent email and called every GMC dealer within roughly 50 miles. I could not find any dealer that would email a quote or work on ordering a 2018 vehicle. The reply was always the same amateur sales rhetoric ??? ???You need to come in to the dealership to do that.??? The ???real??? translation of that dilettante sales pitch is; ???We need you to come in so we can try to sell you a 2017 that we have in our inventory.??? Among the last calls I made was to Nimnicht Buick GMC, which is located in Jacksonville, Florida, and the furthest GMC dealer from my home. I contacted Nimnicht Buick GMC because I had exhausted all the dealerships that were close to home, but also because it has so many on-line ratings, and the average rating is excellent. I spoke with James Jones of Nimnicht, who was more than happy to help me with working up a quote for a 2018 GMC Sierra 3500, via email with a few telephone calls. There was never even a mention that I should visit their dealership. James Jones is not a high-pressure sales person looking for a quick sale ??? he is a customer relations professional, prepared to help anyone for the asking regardless of any immediate or future personal benefit to himself. James Jones is clearly focused on building a relationship with people, each of whom may or may not become an immediate customer. James took the time to enter all of my specifications into the dealer???s system to generate a quote, which he provided to me via email. Within a couple of days, Mr. Jones let me know that Nimnicht Buick GMC was able to actually place the order for my specific GMC Sierra 3500, with an estimated 10 ??? 12 week delivery. Keep in mind that production of the 2018 models had only just begun, hence the delivery window. The order was placed and Mr. Jones??? delivery estimate was pretty accurate. James also handled my trade-in, which took a good amount of his time and effort. During the 12 weeks that I was waiting on the build and delivery of the Sierra, I probably called, emailed and sent text messages to James fifty times. There was not one instance that James did not take my call, or if he was unavailable, calls, emails and text messages were returned within minutes. James consistently followed up during the build and the delivery process, providing updated information. Nimnicht Buick GMC has a staff of professionals who are specific to every need a customer might have. I needed a fairly untraditional add-on, and Mr. Jones had ???DJ,??? from Nimnicht???s accessories department contact me. DJ found exactly what I needed, and Nimnicht Buick GMC ordered the additional equipment. The truck arrived and all dealer prep was completed within a couple of days. At this juncture, with only 200 miles on the vehicle, I am not ready to rate the 2018 GMC Sierra 3500. However, it is exactly what I ordered, and it clearly is a masterpiece of design and comfort. This review is primarily about James Jones of Nimnicht Buick GMC, who I have found to be a real professional and always a gentleman. I will visit Mr. Jones exclusively for all of my future automobile purchasing, and James is the only person I will recommend to family and friends for their vehicle purchasing needs. - Dave Koch

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

Great small SUV with all the latest in technology. I get great gas mileage 38 on the highway and around 32 combined. Has adequate pickup; Buick sales rep told me about Trifecta performance tuning which livened up the vehicle. (optional aftermarket engine trans tuning software)

We met Andrew Dove, our salesman, that night, and he immediately got to work making us a great deal on a beautiful truck. Although we did not purchase the vehicle that night, Andrew and the finance team gladly stayed late to work with us. We came back the next morning and finalized the paperwork, with Andrew coming in on his day off to make sure we were satisfied. Andrew was excellent in customer service during the sale and I have since been back to visit the service department and his level of care is unmatched, even after the sale. I drove the Buick Encore Essence 2017 with sun roof during a 10 day stay in Arizona for vacation. I originally rented a Nissan sedan but they were out so I took 'the blue SUV'. I was 5 miles north on route 17 when I noticed how quiet the ride was. Then a text came over the Android Auto, which I didn't realized I hooked up by connecting the USB cable to the charger. I found the interior to be very intuitive. The long ride from Phoenix to Sedona was very enjoyable the heated steering wheel and seats plus motorized drivers seat. The pick up climbing the mountain grades was easy as was passing trucks and cars. It doesn't have crazy horse power by any means by it performed fine. The keyless entry and start were great since I was always carrying backpack and gear, no fumbling for the keys. Then I drove back down to Phoenix for 5 days and it handled the off dirt roads to the trail head fine. I came home and 2 weeks later I traded in my loyal Subaru Impreza wagon that I had for 6 years. I enjoyed the Impreza but it has a CVT trans and I wanted to drive a traditions auto trans. The Encore has 25 MPG +/- and I'm ok with that. I purchased the AWD as I live in Massachusetts and NO... FWD with snow tires IS NOT the same thing. So test driving a car for 10 days informed my of how the car runs on average and when snow came in January the Encore handled great with the AWD. Four months owning my Buick Encore Essence now and very happy. It is small on the inside, about the same cubic storage dimensions as a Subaru Impreza Wagon but the off ground height is also what I wanted in my next car. It has great head room, leg room and the leather seats are ALL leather and stitched great, not pleather or 'leather trimmed'. Back seats can squeeze 3 adults but 2 adults for comfort, same beautiful leather seats in back. Soft touch materials, nice dash, nothing flashy but more classic and understated. I added OEM chrome side body molding and chrome wind deflector as well as custom rain guards. Now my car is my own. The aluminum painted grey wheels are awesome too. Very happy!

Last month I started the truck shopping. I made contact with a dealer in South GA that my dad was buying from and dealer in Gainesville, FL where I live. I was looking for a 2018 Sierra 1500 SLT. Both of the dealers were within $500 for comparable trucks; however, the dealer in Gainesville informed me that the only way to buy from them was to finance through GM which I found odd. I knew there was an additional rebate for financing through GM, but was not happy about being forced to. I also wasn???t wanting to drive 4hrs to buy in GA if I could find a similar deal closer. That???s when I decided to send an online inquiry to several dealers within a couple hours of Gainesville. Coggin was one of them. The next morning I got a call from PJ. He was very nice and told me he thought he could find me what I was looking for and he did. I filled out an online credit app at 4:30 that afternoon. At 5 he asked if I wanted the truck that day. I informed him that I didn???t want to drive 1.5 hrs that night and it would be later that weekend before I could get it due to my work schedule. He said that he didn???t expect me to come get it and offered to have a salesman deliver it. At 9pm Walle the salesman delivered the truck to me. My wife and I filled out the paperwork at our dining room table and Walle took my trade back with him. I have since followed up with both PJ and Walle after the sale on a couple of things that they???ve both been more than willing to assist with. Ive bought many cars over the years both new and used, but these two guys and this dealership so far have been the best I???ve ever done business with! Thanks guys!!!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I was drawn to the Buick Encore for it's smaller size for handling, but design with lots of room inside. The car has comfort and the turbo 4 cyl. gives it enough power and good gas mileage. I have had Buicks in the past and never been disappointed.

I have been a customer of another Toyota dealer in town for years. Unfortunately we could not meet on a price for a new car. They wouldn't go down $150!! (This is after buying 3 cars from them and having all of my service completed with them.) So I went to Coggin Toyota. Gauge was the first salesperson I met at Coggin. He made a great first impression for the company. I went on a test drive and there was no pressure. Next I went online and gave Coggin all of my terms. Not only did they meet the price but they also gave me an additional $100 off. The whole buying process took about 60-90 minutes and that included financing. Tom Meehan was the salesperson that returned my call. Tom has about 17 years experience I believe he said, and we able to agree on the price pretty quickly. He helped get both cars to my home. He reviewed everything on the car with me and both Tom and Gauge have followed up after the sale. I returned my car to have the accessories added. The service department also was very clean. The whole facility looked great. So far am VERY impressed.
