Very friendly advisors that understand and appreciate the service repair process. Explained everything that was needed in great detail and advised urgent needs vs those that can wait. Have gone to them several times for my 2009 Altima and will continue. Looking to buy a vehicle from them too!!

Don’t look anywhere else for a new Honda. BRADY is the go to man for doing a deal. He will work you a great deal. He saved me money, time, and hassles from the other dealers. I had narrowed it down to a few cars and he asked me a few questions and told me what he thought was best for me and it was my first choice in my head, and the lesser expensive vehicle so you know he wasn’t all about the money. He looked at my car and gave me a number which I thought was low at first but he showed me his homework and it was fair. He treated me with respect and my salesman Gordon was a true pleasure to work with as well. He is a true saint! I’m not the best with technology and he spent 30 minutes plus helping me. I honestly feel as they are the best in the business... they hear it quite often! I will be back! God Bless you two!
This place is absolutely amazing. When you walk in you feel like you are greeted by your family and they want to help you in everyway that they can. Steve was the salesman who helped us and he was amazing! He did not stop until we were satisfied and he never pushed us into making a sale. He was calm and knowledgeable and truthful. Steve made us feel right at home and was patient with us the whole time. After going to some other dealerships and testing different cars, my heart always came back to this place and the Buick encore, I just had to come back. After running my credit, it turned out it was not the score I thought it was and that it could have been a problem for me to buy a new car but they did not quit, we kept everyone in that shop until 7 PM and they helped us find a more than generous payment for the car I love. They were patient through all the paperwork and answered every question I had. If you want a car and a great shopping experience, come here right away! These people will bend over backwards for you no matter what and i promise, You will not regret it!
I just wanted to say that I have owned other vehicles and had to go to the dealer for services time to time as well but I have never experienced such a great services on the process before! Outstanding Customer Services, Facilities, I was impressed even the kids play area with books , fun game table!) and of course, the time I had everything taking care of!

All went well. I was sold many services, including tires I had not planned this visit...since the re was a $200 rebate. The service representative escorted me to the cashier and handed her the service invoice. I presented my credit card to the cashier and the service representative presented me with the mail-in rebate paper with a copy of the service invoice. All I had to do was complete the form and mail it in. HOWEVER...THERE WAS ONE PROBLEM...THE CHARGES HAD TO BE PAID WITH A GM CARD...SO I WAS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE $200 REBATE. I believe this is false advertising and an example of "bate and switch" sales tactics.
I brought the car in to investigate the indicator light showing there was something wrong with the electronic breaks. The appointment was at 09:10. Upon arriving at the dealership I made it very clear that I needed to leave at 10:15 am no later. If there was a major issue I was prepared to bring the car back. Around 10:45 I was informed there was an issue with a sensor. They had the part and we’re going to replace it. I again indicated I need to leave by 10:15. At 10:10 I proceeded out to the service desk when I was told “ they would get me as soon as the work was done. At 10:30 I was very irritated. I told the service person he had 10 minutes or he was to put the car back together and I was leaving. I finally left at 10:45.
