Very pleased with the sales staff. Have no reservations about going back. Car prices seemed very competitive. There was a sales drive ending the day that we visited the dealership. We weren’t ready to make the commitment.
I have bought all of my vehicles from Bergstroms. I would not go anywhere else. The service after the sale is off the charts. You are made to feel a part of the Bergstrom family overtime you visit, for whatever the reason. There is no other dealership that I know of that takes care of their customers the way that the Bergstrom Crew does.
After a month talking to Joe, I decide to fly from Boston to Green Bay to check the car in person. Joe pick me up at airport. The cars was exactly as he describe on website "perfect". After a few minutes talking to him, looks like a knew him from years. He helped me to open a insurance, also put a extra insurance to cover some problem that may could happen on my driving back to Boston, " yes I drove the car 1100 miles back to Boston". If you want buy a good car, Joe is on of the best on business. Thank you Joe for this great experience.
Have a HD2500 Duramax. Took it in for service and got awesome service. Had a local shop look at it and found water pump leaking but could not do it. They said take too dealer for repair. I am not a dealership kind of person at all. Went in and talked with Bill for about 45 minutes and he gave me estimate for wat I wanted done. Went to another dealer for estimate but did not have same vibe as Bill, so I took it in while I was out of town. They checked it out and verified wat I was told. They did the work and found other stuff to address. They gave me estimate on it , did not pressure sales me. Let me do checking and discuss with my wife. Ended up they did more and I could trust them while out if town. Went to get it when got back and was not ready but was fine with it because then I knew they were not rushing threw it to get it done and collect money. They really do care. Something else popped up after it was done which was out of there control , so they had to order a seal. Came in late this a.m. and was done early p.m. today. They went above and beyond what I have ever expieranced in the past from dealships. They have a new customer for as long as I own Chevrolet's. Again highly recommend there dealership for your service needs. Ask for Bill, he is awesome to work with. Keith k.
