New and used 2025 Buick Envision Preferred for sale near Roanoke, IL

We were in need of a new truck and our former GMC dealer of over 30 years had stopped selling GMC trucks. Sceptical of going to another dealership we where refered to Lighthouse by a family member that had a great experience there. Went to they're website and left some information about our trade in. The next day received a follow up call from Ruth. She was very happy to connect me with a sales person which happened to be Philip Tharp. He was friendly, kind and knowledgeable and mabe our shopping experience great. By the time we made the purchase if felt like we made a friend. We will gladly tell friends and family that might want to purchase a vehicle to shop Lighthouse first. Looking forward to our first oil change to experience the service department.

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! I strongly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a phenomenal car buying experience to go to Banks and meet their fantastic staff and see the MANY cars they have to choose from! You will NOT be disappointed!!

I don't know that I've ever walked away from a car dealership and said "Wow that was an awesome experience!" A Christian auto dealership! Has anyone ever experienced that ?! Ever?! Right when you walk in you can tell something is different. God's presence is evident. These people aren't just selling cars. Each one of them is on a mission to give you the best service possible and share Christ if given the opportunity. Brady helped us with this process. And I can honestly say, he works his tail off! We were so impressed with him we've decided to buy another vehicle from him. So if your in need of a vehicle...check this place out! You're gonna love it!
