This is the fourth vehicle I’ve purchased from Aaron and have been totally satisfied every time. He provides a no pressure style of sales which is quite refreshing. All of my Rovers and my 1 Jag have been fantastic.
waited for an hour and a half for an oil change. Was told it was too soon. They said that they would top off fluids. They came back 10 minutes later and said the mechanic looked at the wrong gauges and would need an oil change.
I'm not used to such a fancy dealership so it was confusing for me at first where I was supposed to go or who I was supposed to talk to, but eventually once I was able to speak to the VW service person, I got great service. It was a relatively minor issue with my key fob needing to be reprogramed, but it was quick and easy. I'll be back for regular service of my TDI.
Very pleased with help I received from salesman Tom Wombacher. Facility was very pleasing and I was welcomed each time I visited with very friendly persons at the help desk. Tom was especially helpful in answering all my questions and guiding through the lease process.
Dealt with Tom and Ruth. Both of them were both knowledgeable and super friendly. The dealership makes all the waiting that goes with buying a car these days as comfortable as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to send friends and family to Lexus of Peoria. BTW, we just LOVE the car!!
I fully enjoyed my experience at the Toyota dealership. I went in the place to trade in my car that I just didn’t like. Everyone there was very nice and had great customer service and also very personable. The finance guy was hilarious, his personality was great. The lady that sold me the car was very friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend this dealership to anyone.
We had a new salesperson named tommy from Peoria Toyota, he was a pleasant young man and he handled everything quite well , this is not my first time buying a car and it is one of the things in life I dread, but he made our day a little brighter and made my daughter very happy even though the vehicle she bought wasn't the type she was looking for . And then we had a guy named Adam who was the finance King.lol he knew his stuff, very personable man, even though I think the extended warranty on her vehicle was a bit expensive , it was a must, so thanks guys for making our day a bit more enjoyable, my other daughter is going to be looking for another vehicle soon, so she's decided to come there and give you all a try , and I will spread the word to others so iam hoping for a fantastic Deal in the future ......!!
Kester Jeffers, service advisor for Audi, is awesome! He is kind and professional. He ensured my loaner vehicle was ready for me, listened to all of my (minor) car complaints and followed up on each one with the techs. He doesn't push hard on unnecessary services, but lets you know whats available to keep your car in tip-top performance.
Regarding the waiting room, there is free coffee, smoothies, snacks, and fresh baked cookies. Also wifi and comfortable chairs.
All my questions were answered along with staff was excellen

I was extremely happy with my experience at Uftring/Westen. Scott McClintock made me feel extremely comfortable in explaining everything with my car. He was genuine and an extremely caring individual! Uftring/Westin is extremely lucky to have him because of his experience and expertise any dealership would love to have him.
Bought my 2017 Toyota Camry with the help of an amazing saleswoman...Misty Tunyuck. She took all the stress away about purchasing a new car, put me in several to make sure I would be happy with my purchase. She has contacted me multiple times since my purchase to make sure I am still happy...I am! Thank you Misty...I love my Camry and appreciate you going above and beyond. I never felt pressured into making my decision!
I was a hundred miles from home and 200 miles from my starting point when my BMW blew a tire. It was a holiday and I was in the middle of nowhere with all service closed. I called the BMW 800 number and thankfully they towed my car to BMW of Bloomington. I received a call Tuesday morning and learned I had to get new tires and they also performed the regular maintenance. I was concerned and surprised because my car had just been in my BMW service center for maintenance in July. I never thought once that my tires were bad. BMW 800 service got me a LIFT ride home, 110 miles with a wonderful BMW driver that told me Bloomington BMW was the best.
I had no idea how I would get my car home. I asked Jeremy for ideas when he called me. When my car was complete with new tires, break service and who knows what else, Jeremy called me with a plan. Ed Jackson drove my car to my door over a 100 miles away followed by another driver who drove them both back to Bloomington. I don't know much about cars and I rely on my dealer and the service to guide me and keep me safe. I'm so grateful that my catastrophy happened near Bloomington. You haven't seen the last of me.
Bob Lambert and BMW of Bloomington were extremely easy to work with in our purchase of a used BMW X5. Bob answered all our many questions over the phone, emailed many pictures and numerous documents, and most importantly described the vehicle honestly and accurately. The vehicle was prepared for our arrival from 2+ hours away, we test drove it, and then the transaction process was quick, easy and transparent with no "hidden" fees or pressure to purchase optional services or warranties although they were available.
I had been shopping around looking for the best deal on a 2018 or 2019 GMC Terrain. Steve was the only salesman who took the time to look at all the different Terrains and the only one who understood my crazy schedule. He even stayed after hours for me! He is very personable and honest. My husband and I have found our lifelong car salesman I will never go anywhere else! Steve really is a great guy and works for the customer. He even took time out to show me every detail of how to work all of the buttons and electronics in the car and made sure I had everything set up before I left.
Went in to test drive a dodge journey for my wife. They had it out and ready when we arrived. We liked the car and jason went out of his was to help us get it. Great guy!
