Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it

His excellent level of care did not fluctuate throughout the buying process, even though he had to stay late to accommodate my husband and me. He connected me with finance manager Brittany Deeds when I had a finance question. She, as well, was fantastic to work with. She put us at ease, looked out for the best rate, and was very caring about our situation. I traveled down to Cardinal from Peoria, IL because they had the car I wanted at a good price. We were welcomed, and made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. They looked out for us as customers, and they did NOT have the attitude that they were doing us a favor to sell us a car. We would travel to Cardinal again to purchase! Highly recommended!
