My wife and I went in to have both of our vehicles serviced and we saw a sharp Silverado on the lot. When my wife ran into our salesman Arlin she mentioned the truck and he started telling her about the fantastic rebates GM had just put out that day (12/1/18) and that everyone qualified for GM Employee Pricing. When I caught up with them my wife deferred to me and left Arlin explaining everything to me. He then brought the Silverado he mentioned to me into the service bay since it was pouring down rain. He went over the vehicle explaining features and accessories and the let me take it for a test drive. My wife and I just loved the truck. When I returned I told him what it was going to take for me to trade and he went to work. We were able to work a deal with my trade-in and we got a brand new truck. The reason we keep trading at Hiday's is they treat us like family. We purchased our first car thru Hiday's in 2006 and they have called us by first name ever since. I would highly recommend Hiday's to anyone for superb service all around. From the sales department to the service department everyone is super.

Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!

Having been a GM owner/Hiday's customer for decades (most recent car for 14 years), I wanted to stay with Hiday's due to its excellent service department. In the meantime, my needs have changed while the products available have also changed. Last winter I met Brooks who introduced me to options and especially the Equinox model. Being short, it fit me. Visibility was so much better than so many other vehicles I had looked into or leased when I traveled. However, the 2017 model had the gas tank refill on the passenger side. Then I discovered the 2018 model was coming out in the spring and the gas refill was back on the driver's side of car. That sold me. Brooks let me know when the first 2018 arrived. As I thought I wanted the Pepperdust color, he then let me know when that color came in. Shortly thereafter he ordered my SUV in Pepperdust with the ash colored interior and confidence/convenience package. Today I picked it up and am so completely happy with the service I received, the care Brooks took to go over the vehicles operation, his ability to anticipate the settings I would need to customize it to me, etc. I look forward to many years of safe and service free driving and Hiday's continuing to care for my new vehicle. 600 miles into ownership and very happy with our purchase. The car is very quiet, rides very smoothly, and is very easy to drive. So far, we are averaging better than 30 mpg in combined driving. The kids (16 & 8 years old) tell me the backseat is much more roomy than mom's SUV. The only thing I don't like at this point is the Auto-Stop feature, which is currently not able to be bypassed or otherwise shut off

We cannot be happier with the service we received from the very beginning to the final purchase. Brooks LeFever was our salesman, he explained everything and we never felt pressured. I work at the Post Office and this time of year I often get off work late. We had picked out our car Friday, December 1, we were told the car could be picked up Wednesday. I got off work at four thirty that day. My wife was so excited about getting the car, she wanted to go to the dealership right then. By the time we got there, it was 4:50pm. The dealership closes at 5pm. I thought we would just get to look at the car and pick it up Thursday. Brooks said we could have the car that night. He and Patrick, the finance manager, said they would stay and get the paperwork done. Brooks also did as much of the process ahead of our visit to make the whole process easier. Brooks took us in his office and went through the whole process and answered any questions we had. Then we talked to finance manager, Patrick and Patrick explained all the leasing requirements and answered any questions that we had. Brooks took us to the car that he had in the showroom with a Christmas bow on it and showed us all the car options it had and answered any questions that we had. Owner Greg Hiday came and congratulated us on our new purchase and wished us the best. It was 6:30pm when everything was done and neither Brooks or Patrick rushed us so they could go home. We apologized for keeping them so late, and they said it was part of their job and they do it for everyone.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

We are so happy with this vehicle. My husband is fourteen inches taller than me, and we can both drive comfortably. The Enclave shifts smoothly and there is plenty of interior room for passengers to ride comfortably as well transporting luggage. It handles well in snow and is very stable on the highway. We wanted a reliable full size SUV that drives great, rides smooth, and fits in the garage. Buick covered all the bases.

I do not own a Buick or GMC, I own a Jeep. Whole down in Indiana from Michigan my Jeep's head gasket needed to be replaced. The jeep only has 73,000 miles on it so Mike in the service department called and was an advocate for me by calling the local Dodge / Jeep dealer to see if they would fix this problem. Jeep / Dodge would not help at all even though the car had under the 100,000 mile warranty (but was over by 3 months). Matthews GMC fixed my car and gave me a GREAT price. Even though I live out of state, they went the extra mile. They know that a are dealer just doesn't sell cars, but is a continuos relationship with the customer long after the car is delivered. If I lived in Indiana and was looking for a car - Matthews Buick GMC would be my first stop.

Traded in my small truck for this small SUV so far its an improvements on fuel consumption, slightly higher monthly payments than my 2016 Colorado, still getting used to the vehicle, its comfortable, but I am missing having heated seats, perhaps one day I'll add in that option ;) Looking forward to taking it for a few road trips, have an average commute of 100km per day.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Our experience with Grote was and continues to be a very satisfying and positive experience. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and told us up front what are options were, and work diligently to get us in a vehicle that was within our price range, and comfortable monthly payments. It has been a year now since we purchased our truck and we have had no problems. We utilize the service department regularly for oil changes, and the service staff is wonderful, Patrick and Bob are so polite and my wait is never long, their prices for service is very reasonable, the best I've found in town. Bob will keep you laughing, he is so funny. They even have coloring books and crayons for the kids which I found very useful when having to bring my grandchild with me at times of service. Grote is true to it's motto " They are truly for the people" and I stand by that, we have even referred family member, who have purchased vehicles and they are also very please with their service. Andre and I are customers for life, and when we're ready to upgrade to our next truck, Grote will definitely get our business. If anyone I know ever needs a car I will tell them to go to Grote automotive and ask for De'Sirae Cann. I drove the Buick Encore Essence 2017 with sun roof during a 10 day stay in Arizona for vacation. I originally rented a Nissan sedan but they were out so I took 'the blue SUV'. I was 5 miles north on route 17 when I noticed how quiet the ride was. Then a text came over the Android Auto, which I didn't realized I hooked up by connecting the USB cable to the charger. I found the interior to be very intuitive. The long ride from Phoenix to Sedona was very enjoyable the heated steering wheel and seats plus motorized drivers seat. The pick up climbing the mountain grades was easy as was passing trucks and cars. It doesn't have crazy horse power by any means by it performed fine. The keyless entry and start were great since I was always carrying backpack and gear, no fumbling for the keys. Then I drove back down to Phoenix for 5 days and it handled the off dirt roads to the trail head fine. I came home and 2 weeks later I traded in my loyal Subaru Impreza wagon that I had for 6 years. I enjoyed the Impreza but it has a CVT trans and I wanted to drive a traditions auto trans. The Encore has 25 MPG +/- and I'm ok with that. I purchased the AWD as I live in Massachusetts and NO... FWD with snow tires IS NOT the same thing. So test driving a car for 10 days informed my of how the car runs on average and when snow came in January the Encore handled great with the AWD. Four months owning my Buick Encore Essence now and very happy. It is small on the inside, about the same cubic storage dimensions as a Subaru Impreza Wagon but the off ground height is also what I wanted in my next car. It has great head room, leg room and the leather seats are ALL leather and stitched great, not pleather or 'leather trimmed'. Back seats can squeeze 3 adults but 2 adults for comfort, same beautiful leather seats in back. Soft touch materials, nice dash, nothing flashy but more classic and understated. I added OEM chrome side body molding and chrome wind deflector as well as custom rain guards. Now my car is my own. The aluminum painted grey wheels are awesome too. Very happy!

Stopped by Glenbrook Hyundai to look at the 2017 Tuscan's. The first day I stopped was just to look and get some basic information and pricing. It was a cold, rainy, and windy day so i figured after looking I would have to try to find a salesman to assist me and to answer my questions. I really thought i was going to have to walk all the way across the lot, (because after all, who would really expect anyone to be out in this type of weather) as I turned from looking to go in, there stood the salesman with a big smile, shivering, and wet and said how can I help you today. The salesman was Mel Clark. I knew at that point I had found the right place to buy a car. Mel got us in a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon and the wife has been extremely happy since. We will be doing business with Mel again in the near future.

I've almost exclusively, in my 'new' vehicle procurement process, completed 'deals' with the Doug McKibben brand of dealerships. And, again, in 2017, I've proceeded to do the same, but this time have chosen his Hyundai Motor Car America brand at the site of 4801 Coldwater Road, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I wasn't able to commence this survey until today, because the Security Certificate for this website had expired, and my McAfee Security Suite wouldn't allow me to visit, for fear of being infecting by viruses, and malware. Apparently, someone with the website has made updating security fixes; wherefore I was able to access the site today.

I was drawn to the Buick Encore for it's smaller size for handling, but design with lots of room inside. The car has comfort and the turbo 4 cyl. gives it enough power and good gas mileage. I have had Buicks in the past and never been disappointed.

Our desire was to look at multiple vehicles from multiple manufacturers without getting a lot of sales calls from multiple Dealerships. O???Daniel Ford & Salesman Scott Oser pleasantly obliged us with this request. Once we identified the best value for our money, we shared with Scott the model & options we desired. Within a day, his search of the region found a vehicle matching what we were looking for minus a 2nd seat console which he noted that the O???Daniel Body Shop could obtain/install with no problem. The vehicle was delivered late Saturday and by early Tuesday morning the console was installed, vehicle cleaned, gassed & available for us to review and test drive. The subsequent purchase process was simple as well. Scott & Mike had both reviewed allowable rebates & financing offers from Ford and offered their thoughts of what was the best option(s). Final pricing was well within the acceptable range given our past internet search & review. Hence within 15 minutes or less, all paperwork was completed and the 2018 Platinum Ford Explorer was ours. Of course this just outlines the typical process of buying a vehicle but the O'Daniel Dealership and Sales Personnel make things a lot more personable. When you walk in and your point of contact is busy, someone else will offer to assist until your desired contact is free. If you just want to roam around and look at their lineup, they are fine with that as well. Each employee takes a little time to get to know you, all while sharing a little about themselves and their pride in O'Daniel Ford. Sales Personnel are confident in their knowledge of the Ford Vehicles and take the time to share their expertise of the various styles/features available. They also have a keen knowledge of how things have fared in their Service Dept. and the support their Body Shop can offer. Upon delivery a one-on-one run thru of all the vehicles capabilities occurs all the way down to syncing a cell phone, setting the mirrors, seat and even radio stations if you want. Knowing that questions will arise, you are invited to come back in a week, two or whenever to ask questions and seek additional assistance. All in all their end desire is that you will purchase a vehicle from their Dealership because that is their business & what they do. The critical thing is how they do it. No constant phone calls, pitches or other tactics used by some other Dealerships or Internet contacts. In short the O???Daniel Ford Team listens, acts upon your guidance/desire and strives to make the experience to your liking supplemented as needed by their expertise.
