We loved our Escalade! I honestly would have replaced it with another if the third row seating had not gotten even worse in the current generation. Where I get upset is at GM's handling of the Takata airbag recall. The 2009 Escalade was listed among the first round vehicles to have Takata airbag parts recalled. However, SEVEN YEARS LATER, Cadillac STILL does not have any available fix or repairs to answer the recall!!! This outstanding recall DIRECTLY impacted the vehicle's value. Even the GM and Cadillac dealerships refused to provide book value directly due to the outstanding recall - and that's in writing from those dealerships!!! Thanks a lot, General Motors! YOU took over $2k out of my pocket due to the Takata recall!

Early this summer I started the process of looking for a vehicle. I looked online, talked to online managers, and took the time to visit several other dealerships before visiting Five Star. It quickly became a very exhausting and frustrating experience. However, once I decided to view the inventory at Five Star, and much to my surprise, the process changed when I met John Kosater, the salesman. He was charming, friendly, and more importantly, knowledgeable and worked hard to deliver a deal I could not refuse. The entire atmosphere at the dealership lacked the intense pressure I found at other places. The entire staff, Reggie Thompkins in finance, the manager, and all staff made the process easy. I bought this SUV 1.5 years ago from a first owner with 165k miles. It now has 224k miles and I am in love with her. She is sort of an overland vehicle for me. We've been across the country multiple times and off the grid car camping. The roof holds my Cargo carrier, kayak, awning, while inside is my bed, fridge and mini kitchen, the back has a parallel motorcycle carrier that holds my Harley (installed a class 4). All I've changed is rims, tires (now A/Ts), and put Bilstein shocks. She goes all over the place, mud, snow and is dependable. When she craps the bed I'll swap whatever parts I need to keep her going. Looking for another one just to have it.

2005 escalade @ 180k, still going strong! I have even put it under water 3 times mud running and she still pulls through like a champion! Originally bought it it for the unbelievable comfort. It's like traveling in a lazy boy. Minor issues due to rust from northern weather but overall would buy another 2005 in a heartbeat! I am a research junkie when I purchase a vehicle. The 2005 escalade holds true to being solid and lasting way longer than other suvs. Still looks sharp and runs like a dream. Definitely recommend escalade of 2005!

George was amazing, despite me calling after hours he answered and provided me all the information I asked for. On the day of, he checked in and made sure everything was right. This is a used/salvaged car lot, do not expect to find a clean car here, the cars will all need some for of work, the trade off is you will find amazing deals if your willing to put in the TLC.

I Love My SUV. But I'm having a problem with my Rear Drivers side Axil coming out. I've had to replace it 2x's. Because the C clamp has come off. I end up having to replace the Break Pads. I bought it on 7-1-20. Axial came out in 10-10-20. I got it back drove it until 1-20-21. THE Repair people CAN'T figure out Y it did this. . I do drive on a dirt roads. BUT STILL.
