I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Right now the purchasing process is great, paper was ready to be signed, the car was delivered very with no issues. Gino the salesman was very coutious and understanding. Still waiting to gety tags which is not due until later in the month.

I found myself looking for a new car after mine was deemed a total loss. I went to several dealerships looking for my next car and actually ended up here to look at a few used cars. After walking around and seeing price points etc I started to be drawn to a new Jetta. Bill and Mitch were excellent sales people as both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also something I really appreciated about this place is they dont harass you with calls etc after leaving. This car is very sharp looking and roomy. But this year 2021, I’ve had surprising issues that should not occur in a car of this caliber. This is the first American car I have ever owned. The touch screen stopped working. The seat adjustment stopped working twice. And most importantly it bucks when it changes gears a problem well known at the dealership I take it to for service. The problems were solved but this shouldn’t be happening on a car that is 4 years old with approximately 45 miles.
