I arrived at my appointment time and got written up immediately. Patrick explained everything accurately and said the car would be ready in 60 to 75 minutes. It was sitting in the delivery area (inside) all washed up and ready to go before the 60 minutes were up. Great job!

Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.

In the early 2000’s “we” bought our first Kia’s and our experience with service at other dealerships was less than satisfying , Then for routine maintenance we went to Serra Kia And the contrast was striking ! My sales experience was just as pleasant as my service experience. I kept hearing how expensive the service will be on this car but I was really surprised how reasonable the oil change was (only about $40 more than my son's Blazer). Plus them washed my car me too. Nice touch!!
