  • Had the car 6 months spent the most time in the shop!

Had the car 6 months spent the most time in the shop! 50k vehicle was a disappointment! Sold to me with 4+ inch gash in bach passenger door and dent in passenger wheel well....put brand new mats in it...they sanded the white paint...dust all over and spray off from paint job causing residue on interior windows and all over! Was pristine before that! Such a shame I loved the two tone sedona/black interior...had all the bells and whistles...took it in twice for the heater...wasn't blowing down on feet! Cold! Heated steering wheel had issues with uneven heat and would get cold fast, wheel replaced, same thing! The auto gate Cadillac symbol was all cracked andddidn't work, replaced. They said everything was okay! Wasn't! Very perky in low speed. Took a loss and got another Acadia! Took car back twice for so called detailing...a joke! Ended spending over 2 hours cleaning it myself! Now I am warm and the heated steering wheel works wonderfully in my Acadia! No more Cadillac for me!

  • 22 XT4 Sorry

One year anniversary of 22 XT4. Only 4500 miles. Squealing brakes that the dealer refuses to repair. Still waiting for the heated steering wheel install. Motor at idle sounds like an old car. This is my fourth new Caddy and my last.

  • Great car, great dealer, and great service.

Purchase was great price for a quality auto with many options. Provides a quiet, comfortable ride fo a great price. No quality issues so far. Sapaugh in Herculaneum provides great service that can't be beat.

  • Stylish but underpowered

Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.
