I have a 2017 XT5 that I purchased when I was in NC. I've had 2 previous SRs and have enjoyed every single one. The one thing that has bothered me most is after a while a rattling noise began in each one of them. I bought it new and had no problems until 2022, the air conditioner, the sunroof and 3 out of 4 bearings. I have lots of Mike's in it is probably the reason.... I've traveled from Florida to NC a few tines as well as Florida to Baton Rouge. I hope she's ready to go for another 89,000 miles. Love mine.

They always take care of me. They send videos of vehicle being serviced and proved loner if needed. They build a relationship with you and try to have the same person manage service when you are getting vehicles serviced.

Issues with the supporting technology: Despite numerous attempts, I was unable to schedule the service online - a circular loop kept starting me over - I ultimately arranged it by phone. Another technical glitch: the site kept coming up with an error when I tried to download the vehicle inspection report.
