Used 2020 Cadillac XT5 for sale near Sarasota, FL

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Everyone is very attentive and knowledgeable of the problems, service is always very good!! And they do the work as quickly as they can.. always acceptable..

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

The young lady was extremely attentive and helpful. I haven't purchased yet but I'd purchase with Crest.

Just a very good, reliable, solid, powerful, and nicely styled vehicle. A little small on cargo, and electronics are OK, but not up with current trims with other companies. Have some Update error on downloads, but that's about it...15,000miles, still like new.

Getting my fuel pump's jet nozzle replaced just found out what my problem was with my fuel consumptions numbers.The back up camera does not always light up enough to see to back up until I put it in drive.

Aiden saved me as a service customer. I have had several instances in the last couple of years where an appointment was made and I seemed to wait a long time after arrival. Today the service advisor was no longer with the company and Aiden came over, defused the situation and shepherded my service quickly through to completion. I appreciated his extra efforts.

I'm totally satisfied with my XT5 Cadillac. If you are looking for a great car check out the XT5. You won't be disappointed. Good luck.

The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. He was even able to get my garage opener programmed in my car. I was so thankful.Erin, I’m sure I misspelling his name, on the day All my problems started was patient kind and thoughtful. Jim, The service manager is another one that went beyond requirements. Royal Cadillac is the second Cadillac Dealer I’ve had to deal with. They so deserve five stars +10. Best non pressure, helpful experience I have ever had at a dealership, which is saying a lot as my last two cars were Tesla and a Rivian and I thought I would never go to a dealership again.
