Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Great mileage plus luxury. Minus the start/stop for engine (kills life of starter). Comfortable seats with heating elements for cold winter start up. I love the service from the dealership the caddy app is pretty cool

Comfort in a car is important Smooth driving and pushes power whenever you accelerate. Love it but not the brake recall. My dog looks forward to car rides. She (dog) feels like royalty when she rolls in mama's lac.

I have a 2017 XT5 that I purchased when I was in NC. I've had 2 previous SRs and have enjoyed every single one. The one thing that has bothered me most is after a while a rattling noise began in each one of them. I bought it new and had no problems until 2022, the air conditioner, the sunroof and 3 out of 4 bearings. I have lots of Mike's in it is probably the reason.... I've traveled from Florida to NC a few tines as well as Florida to Baton Rouge. I hope she's ready to go for another 89,000 miles. Love mine.

I had spotted a very low mileage 2020 XT5 on the Camaro web site on Sunday night. On Monday I was on the road from South Carolina. When the dealership opened I called and talked with Jim Toner telling him that I wanted to put a hold on the car until I could get to the dealership the following day. Jim went above and beyond that day contacting my financial institute and working with me on the phone to hold the car until I could get there. Upon arrival on Tuesday the entire purchase was very smooth because of Jim Toner. Was only in the dealership for one hour before driving my new car home. The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

Dewayne was great and quick and efficient. I had a car picked out I wanted to look at and he was quick on getting us a test drive. After that I knew I wanted the car and he was quick working with the loan officer (can’t remember his name but, he was great too!) we were in and out in about an hour and half with my new car!
