Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Purchased a used car 2019,sonata. Under the impression that as a used car with a inspection done. That 3 months after purchase I wouldn't be told I need repairs in the future. Brakes,rotors,cv replacement. Felt like it wasn't worth the dealerships time to do it.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The sales person and financial officer were easy to deal with! I was able to negotiate a payment that I could afford without any add-ons and no pressures. The salesman took the time in detail, and showed me every option available, along with helping me set up and pair my phone to the infotainment center. On Saturday of all days, my battery was dead. A friend charged my battery enough that I could get to KYAH and I had called coach who is head of the service department who is fantastic and he said bring it right out. Will get it right in there and get it taken care of and that’s exactly what they did. They get it taken care of. I had no problems. He brought the car out. He explained everything to me about not having to use the key to start the car up, but you can always use the key that’s inside the a little chamber and it just worked really good and he just if I ever have a problem and I come up there he always explains things in detail with me and that’s what you have to do with me. Explain it in detail. It was fantastic. I can’t say enough about The service department at Kia Bev Smith Kia. I cannot say enough good words.

Great mileage plus luxury. Minus the start/stop for engine (kills life of starter). Comfortable seats with heating elements for cold winter start up. I love the service from the dealership the caddy app is pretty cool

Comfort in a car is important Smooth driving and pushes power whenever you accelerate. Love it but not the brake recall. My dog looks forward to car rides. She (dog) feels like royalty when she rolls in mama's lac.

I have a 2017 XT5 that I purchased when I was in NC. I've had 2 previous SRs and have enjoyed every single one. The one thing that has bothered me most is after a while a rattling noise began in each one of them. I bought it new and had no problems until 2022, the air conditioner, the sunroof and 3 out of 4 bearings. I have lots of Mike's in it is probably the reason.... I've traveled from Florida to NC a few tines as well as Florida to Baton Rouge. I hope she's ready to go for another 89,000 miles. Love mine.
