Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

This is the 2nd XT5 that we have owed. Our 2021 is a good improvement over our 2017. They have changed some things that I did not like from previous years. Overall great value!

Very patiently, he explained and demonstrated the many innovative features of the automobile, including turning on the On Star system and the WiFi, connecting those features with my cellphone - a complete and successful experience. I was 14 years old, 70 years ago, when I got my first driver's license and began driving. I am looking forward, God willing, to many more happy miles and years driving my new CT6. I was in the market for a sedan, since we own 3 SUVs and have decided to party with one to add a more comfortable vehicle to our "stable". After much online research, I decided upon the 2025 Genesis G90. The challenging thing about doing business online is the potwential for misinformation. After receiving their offer, I countered and never heard back from them? Due to all the time I had invested in the process, I was quite put-out. So much so, that I wrote their corporate headquarters to register my dissatisfaction. I heard from the President of their Auto Group- Lee Smith the very next morning. His understanding of my problems and his concrens, demonstrated to me that they cared. ,Through a series of emails and phone calls, we eventually got things straightened out and I ended up buying the car I wanted. At the dealership the next day, Lee took the time out from his normal responsibilities to meet me personally at the showroom. His pleasant and professional manner convinced me I had made the right decision. In addition to his presence, he also introduced me to one of his team Paul Emmi who carried the ball the rest of the way home. He was was patient and spent much time with making sure I understood how to operate the multiude of features found in this impressive car. Everyone I dealt with to include the finance manager, was a breath of fresh air compared to the streotypical "car salesman" many of us have stereotyped. I can recommend this dealership and their process of marketing without reservation.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Comfort in a car is important Smooth driving and pushes power whenever you accelerate. Love it but not the brake recall. My dog looks forward to car rides. She (dog) feels like royalty when she rolls in mama's lac.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

I had a few defect in my rims and screen and they ordered parts and got me on schedule within 2 weeks, even with it being the holidays. Great and very easy to work with. Marshall my old service manager and now Casey my new service manager are both awesome! When it comes time to update my vehicle it will for sure be purchased here!

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.
