This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Great mileage plus luxury. Minus the start/stop for engine (kills life of starter). Comfortable seats with heating elements for cold winter start up. I love the service from the dealership the caddy app is pretty cool

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Bought car after lease expired. car is really reliable. No major problems. 1 drawback is not great gas mileage. 3.6 engine is very responsive. Overall good reliable car.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

The Service Manager was very accommodating. An Uber driver was provided for my return home and the following day.

The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

Very patiently, he explained and demonstrated the many innovative features of the automobile, including turning on the On Star system and the WiFi, connecting those features with my cellphone - a complete and successful experience. As an 84 year old funeral director/owner of my own funeral home for 65 years, during which time I owned and operated my fleet of Cadillac sedans, limousines and professional vehicles, I was excited and exhilarated driving home my newest comfortable and responsive Cadillac CT6. Boy! It made me feel like a kid driving my first car, again!! - but, this time with fantastic new "Bells and Whistles". I was 14 years old, 70 years ago, when I got my first driver's license and began driving. I am looking forward, God willing, to many more happy miles and years driving my new CT6. I was in the market for a sedan, since we own 3 SUVs and have decided to party with one to add a more comfortable vehicle to our "stable". After much online research, I decided upon the 2025 Genesis G90. The challenging thing about doing business online is the potwential for misinformation. After receiving their offer, I countered and never heard back from them? Due to all the time I had invested in the process, I was quite put-out. So much so, that I wrote their corporate headquarters to register my dissatisfaction. I heard from the President of their Auto Group- Lee Smith the very next morning. His understanding of my problems and his concrens, demonstrated to me that they cared. ,Through a series of emails and phone calls, we eventually got things straightened out and I ended up buying the car I wanted. At the dealership the next day, Lee took the time out from his normal responsibilities to meet me personally at the showroom. His pleasant and professional manner convinced me I had made the right decision. In addition to his presence, he also introduced me to one of his team Paul Emmi who carried the ball the rest of the way home. He was was patient and spent much time with making sure I understood how to operate the multiude of features found in this impressive car. Everyone I dealt with to include the finance manager, was a breath of fresh air compared to the streotypical "car salesman" many of us have stereotyped. I can recommend this dealership and their process of marketing without reservation.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I had a few defect in my rims and screen and they ordered parts and got me on schedule within 2 weeks, even with it being the holidays. Great and very easy to work with. Marshall my old service manager and now Casey my new service manager are both awesome! When it comes time to update my vehicle it will for sure be purchased here!

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

I went to Wallace for my oil change and found that I was behind in some of the services. Collin who is my service writer advised me of the thing I needed to bring me up to date. he was able to arrange to do the extra work that day which worked out perfect for me. I have always taken my SRX to Wallace since we moved here 4 years ago and I am very satisfied getting appointment and the work that is performed.

From the moment you sit in the 2023 Cadillac XT5 your totally blown away by the all new interior features and styling. As per the ride, softer than any vehicle I have ever drove. Big Thumbs up to Cadillac!
