Yes, it can take a long time to get an appointment - depending on what you need done, but the last two times I've brought my truck in for service, they fixed things the other auto shop repaired incorrectly, helped get me to and from the car rental place, and had exceptional communication before, during and after. Their staff is friendly and professional and I trust the work that's done, is done correctly.

This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!
