Working with this dealership and the salesperson Richard was a FANTASTIC experience! I wouldn't say I liked car shopping, but Richard made it a breeze, and he almost felt like part of the family as we decided what we wanted. Richard went out of his way to ensure everything was as stress-free and smooth as possible. This dealership is 1+ hours away and I absolutely will look for my next car at the Huston GMC dealership.

Matt I find to be a reputable salesman, He explained all of the benefits of the XT5 I was interested in. The car I original ordered in August evidently was not available, however, Therefore I guess "Everything Happens for a Reason" I am satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and the professional treatment I experienced with Matt in purchasing this transaction.

I had a wonderful experience with Jacob Hopper, who sold me my 2020 XT6. Jacob helped me make the decision about which Cadillac would be best for me. He knew everything about Cadillacs, and shared his knowledge with me when I had a question. Jacob was not pushy whatsoever; he simply is a nice guy who sells Cadillacs. Had an initial bad experience with this service center but once the service manager (George) contacted me and ask for a chance to earn my business back I agreed to give it another shot. George was very attentive e to what I needed and gave me updates as the work was completed. Went to DMV today to make a state change on my title and they couldn’t read my vin number. Brought it to the dealership and the GM came out and did a little magic and it was a pleasure meeting him.
